Multi-Purpose Silicone is a high-modulus, acetoxy curing silicone sealant. It is based on high quality, one component durable elastic based on polysiloxanes.

Advantages of Multi-Purpose Silicone are:

Low Modulus Neutral Cure silicone with methoxy vulcanising system provides enhanced adhesion to porous surfaces and difficult materials. It is excellent for high movement joins in PVCu, sanitary and construction applications. This sealant has the advantage of quality gunning and sealing with no corrosive vapour emission and also low dirt pick up.

Typical uses include:
- Perimeter pointing and weathersealing of PVCu, wood and aluminium frames
- General high movement bonding application
- Sensitive surface bonding - mirrors, lead, plated, brass, copper etc.

Sanitary silicone is a high modulus, acetic cure, silicone sealant. The silicone rubber is Fast-curing, flexible and soft silicone. It also contains an anti-fungal agent to prevent mould growth.

For sealing baths, showers, ceramic tiles and sanitary ware.

Paintable Silicone sealant is a new generation sealant intended for waterproofing and bonding in the construction industry.

It is a one component, ready to use sealant which cures at room temperature into a flexible, strong silicone seal with excellent adhesion.

Fire Rated Sealant is a one component, ready to use silicone elastomer intended to produce fire-stop sealing and bonding seals. It is an integral part of the FIRESTOP System of passive fire rated products.

Typical Uses
Fire Rated Sealant is especially suited to producing fire stop seals and sealing and bonding in construction and glazing applications, notably for:
- Heavy construction and traditional masonry.
- Curtain walls, panels and facades, metal and PVC joinery.
- Air ducts, cable or piping passages.
- Terrace or fireplace seals.
- Elastic seal in glazing, on aluminium, wood, PVC, etc.

Lead Mate has been specifically developed for jointing or bonding in building applications where lead is used uch as:
- Sealing and jointing lead flashing
- Sealing joints in gutters and down pipes
- Sealing overlaps in rigid sheet roofing
- Joints on roofs, chimneys, walls
- Sealing joints in venting.

In addition, it can be used for expansion joints on curtain walls,perimeter joints around windows or doors and glazing joints on aluminium, wood and uPVC

Pro-Bond 2000 is a universal flexible construction, shop fitting, marine adhesive and sealer based on advanced MS-Polymer technology. Pro-Bond 2000 will seal and bond to most surfaces without priming, on solid, dust free and non-porous surfaces.

Pro-Bond 2000 is paintable and can be applied in damp conditions. Pro-Bond 2000 is ideal for use in below ground tanking situations for sealing around service pipes. Being an adhesive and a sealer that contains no solvents or iso-cyanates this product is ideal for bonding double glazed units into PVC frames.

Decorfill acrylic sealant is an easy-to-apply, waterborne, permanently flexible acrylic emulsion sealant, which provides an efficient seal between materials where slight movement is likely to occur.

Intumescent Acrylic is a one part, water-based sealant suitable for low movement joints in most internal applications. An integral part of the FIRESTOP System of passive fire rated products.

The smokeless, non toxic features of Intumescent Acrylic Sealant makes it very desirable in areas where safety is important, i.e. public areas, transport terminals, commercial buildings and confined areas like tunnels.

Intumescent Acrylic Sealant is also generally recommended for most internal applications such as door casings, acoustic sealing and partitions where a low movement, fire-rated joint is required.

Individual wipes ideal for removing silicone, adhesives and general dirt and grime.

Digester Gel chemically digests cured and uncured silicone elastomers and polymers, making them easily water or solvent rinsable.

* Readily digests silicone.
* Does not contain halogenated solvents.
* Does not contain heavy metal or cyanide.
* Does not contain water.
* May be used on most types of aluminium and its alloys, copper and its alloys, iron and steels, glass and ceramics, epoxy composites etc. without adverse effect.
* Has little attack on rubber and other elastomers.
* Has little effect on most painted surfaces.
