HERE'S WHAT I THINK

The world will end on 12/21/2012

Many people believe that we are living in the end times, however many signs point to 12/21/2012 as being the end date. I believe this to be true for two reasons:
1. It's the end date of the Mayan calendar; the end of a cycle.
2. The McKenna brothers also came to this conclusion using their Timewave Zero software program, which tracks the rate of novelty.
The fact that both a scientific source and a mystical source came up with the same exact date leads me to believe this is true.

the world will end on 12/21 then restart on 12/22!! how's that for insight? i don't agree that this may be a Y2K situation whereas a lot of people made a lot of money pretending to "fix" a worldwide program that ended up needing a simple "patch". anyhow - i digress. i, for one, am going to use the possibility of a 2012 upheaval/end of the world etc, as a "yardstick" in my life the next 3 years. ie; ANY major purchase being considered will be based on the item being replaced not being able to last an additional 3-2-1 year(s). me 'n a million other people are probably of the same thought. a lot of businesses are going to suffer from this mind-set. additionally, i'd say 3/4's of the worlds population were brot up with some religion, all familiar with "armageddon". so the fact the world might end isn't unexpected....just not in our lifetime!! mostly i'm hoping for a spiritual upheaval versus the end of life predictions.

Hey if the worlds going to end then we should all stop paying our debt and enjoy our time left! Right like the credit cards and banks would really believe that excuse. Why isnt this a bigger deal with y2k it was al over the news and you saw it everywhere and people going crazy stocking up on supplies than midnight came and nothing even flinched we all looked like a bunch of asses and now its supposed to be the end of the world in 3 years and nobody talks about it everyone is just going about their lives. Such a crock whats the point in getting married or having kids now if the worlds going to end? Im sorry but I do not believe my 6 month old will only live to be 3 1/2 years old and it breaks my heart even to think that.
