Place a railroad crossing sign on your front door. Have an adult dress up like a train conductor and greet the guests when they arrive! Keeping with the train station feeling - outline areas your guests are welcome by using masking tape (or painters tape) on the floor to make tracks. Another great idea - use sidewalk chalk to make tracks to your front door.

Musical chairs is a great party game for kids. Line the chairs back to back to make a train then play it the traditional way by removing the caboose each time you start the music!

Make a large circle of railroad track (inside using tape on floor - outside using sidewalk chalk) place numbers between the tracks. Place a child on each number, then start the music! When the music stops the child at the front of the train wins a prize (personal cupcake or some party favor to take home). Play the game until all children have won!
