In order to achieve six pack abs we need to learn the proper why, what and when to eat and then apply it in your life so it becomes second nature to select the right foods to eat. In fact, I have discovered that when I attempt to eat some of the things that that I used to eat I actually have to force myself. Just doing some crunches and sit-ups will not achieve six pack abs. You will not lose your belly fat if all you do is a couple of abdominal exercises.
