What's in Threelac? Threelac ingredients

Psyllium husks

To lessen the extent of your symptoms one improvement you can make to your diet is adding more fiber. The easiest way to do this is take psyllium husks. This is a powder based product that is a soluble fiber that can soak up to 15 times its own weight in water.

All you have to do is mix up a drink with it, and then follow it up with another glass of water. You will get better results if you use warm water.

Adding bentonite clay to your drink will detox your bowel a lot more efficiently. You can add about half a teaspoon to start, and then increase it gradually to a full teaspoon. It's best not to start off with a full teaspoon at first as bentonite clay can make you a bit constipated.

How to take your Threelac

Taking Threelac is easy. It's not like cheaper probiotics that have to be taken on an empty stomach so they get a better chance of surviving the acid environment of your stomach.

Threelac is best taken just before food so the food you eat then acts as a buffer to help the bacteria get to your intestines. You just empty the sachet on your tongue then let it dissolve. Then all you do is wash it down with 4 to 6 ounces of water.

Threelac is micro encapsulated so it survives its way through all your digestive juices, and can then get to work in the places it's need most.

Once it gets there it will feed on the the micro-organisms that your intestines don't need, and will start to kill off the Candida yeast.

Threelac Dosage

When you first start to take your Threelac you should start off at one sachet a day for the first week. This allows your body to get used to the friendly bacteria that are being introduced. Side effects of taking Threelac

Probiotics are dietary supplements and live microorganisms containing potentially beneficial bacteria or yeasts. Lactic acid bacteria (LAB) are the most common type of microbes used. LAB have been used in the food industry for many years, because they are able to convert sugars (including lactose) and other carbohydrates into lactic acid. This not only provides the characteristic sour taste of fermented dairy foods such as yogurt, but also by lowering the pH may create fewer opportunities for spoilage organisms to grow, hence creating possible health benefits on preventing gastrointestinal infections.. Strains of the genera Lactobacillus and Bifidobacterium, are the most widely used probiotic bacteria.

Probiotic bacterial cultures are intended to assist the body's naturally occurring gut flora, an ecology of microbes, to re-establish themselves. They are sometimes recommended by doctors, and, more frequently, by nutritionists, after a course of antibiotics, or as part of the treatment for gut related candidiasis. Claims are made that probiotics strengthen the immune system to combat allergies, excessive alcohol intake, stress, exposure to toxic substances, and other diseases. In these cases, the bacteria that work well with our bodies (see symbiosis) may decrease in number, an event which allows harmful competitors to thrive, to the detriment of our health.

Maintenance of a healthy gut flora is, however, dependent on many factors, especially the quality of food intake.
