Baked Tilapia Fish Recipes

1) You can season the fish with your favorite spices to your liking and dip the filets in egg and coat them with bread crumbs.

Then place them on a baking sheet and bake them at 400 degrees for approximately 15 minutes.

2) Another way to bake them is to lay the Talapia fish fillets in the bottom of a pan and pour a can of cream of celery soup and 1/4 cup of milk over the fish.

Then sprinkle shredded cheese over the fish along with breadcrumbs.

Put this in the oven at 400 degrees and bake for 15 minutes. The top layer of the dish will be brown. The fish will flake very easily and it tastes wonderful.

Grilling Tilapia Fish Recipe

Grilling the fish would be the healthiest way producing a great low fat meal. You can marinate your tilapia fish with your favorite marinate, salad dressing, or bareque sauce. When you place it on the grill just make sure not to overcook your fish.

Fish Tacos are a Great Option for Your Tilapia Fish

Prepare the fish as you like and just prepare it like any other taco with a hard or soft taco shell, lettuce, tomatoes, onions, cheese and sauce.

People are consuming thousands of tons of Talapia every year. The popularity of the fish is growing wild. The primary reasons seem to be because fish has so many health benefits and it is an affordable food.

Some chefs refuse to put this fish on their menu and they won't even consider it while others say it is their best seller. Some consumers believe the fish has a mild taste and is somewhat bland. As with any other food seasonings and spices are what sets a dull meal into an exciting and anticipated one.
