Timex watches for ladies everyday or special occasion wear
I have been a faithful Timex fan and love their IRONMAN Watches for their new sleek design. I am not a "triathlon runner" but I am a "Triathlon Mom", with 2 boys ages 2 and 5, running around chasing and cleaning dishes and muddy shoes! Timex watches are awesome and affordable!
I "ran" the Boston marathon last year. The group that I trained with runs for 3 minutes and then walks for 2 minutes during our training runs. The watch I had alternated between these intervals, sounding an alarm after each. The buttons are extremely intuitive, making it easy to use even with quite a few features to master.
Timex boasts a very large range of athletic sports watches and will always remain a favorite of mine. But they manufacture so many watches that its really tough to choose the right model, so I have scraped the cream off the top and here you will find the best models.
About Timex
Timex Group B.V. is the parent of Timex Group USA, Inc. The latter is located in Middlebury, Connecticut, and began in 1854 as Waterbury Clock in Connecticut's Naugatuck Valley, known during the nineteenth century as the "Switzerland of America." Sister company Waterbury Watch manufactured the first inexpensive mechanical pocket watch in 1880. During World War I, Waterbury began making wristwatches, which had only just become popular, and in 1933 it made history by creating the first Mickey Mouse clock under license from Walt Disney, with Mickey's hands pointing the time. This was made under the Ingersoll brand. In 1879 the company introduced a wristwatch called the Timex for the UK market.
