Tinea - How To Beat It

I have to say - I hate tinea.
Drive me crazy. Or used to. But my tinea has gone now and I thought I'd write and let you know how I did it (because tinea is very, very annoying).
Anyway, it's pretty easy. This is what worked for me:
1. Keep feet as dry as possible
2. Get your feet in the sun
3. Use a quality tinea cream (Like Blaines tinea cream).
That's pretty much the basic.
