Getting your Ex Back in a Few Easy Steps

Relationships are one of the most rewarding things on the planet, and equally one of the most frustrating. Relationships are wonderful when things are going great, but they are not always easy. People in supportive, loving relationships are more likely to feel healthier, happier and satisfied with their lives and less likely to have mental or physical health problems or to do things that are bad for their health. What no-one ever tells us is that relationships are hard work. Healthy relationships are built on love and trust, commitment and intimacy. When any of these elements breaks down, there is a high probability the relationship will fall out of balance and dissolve. This many times leaves one partner still hoping that things will be able to be patched up again.
If you have lost your girlfriend to an unbalanced relationship, there is hope for you to turn the situation around.

Step # 1 You Must Be Strong

No one wants to be someone who is clinging to them all the time to "get back together". This relates well when one partner in the relationship called it quits. Behavior which exhibits clinging, begging, guilt projection, or any type of behavior which can be considered desperate, can have a repelling affect rather than the affect you want it to have. You must prove to yourself that you can be strong and cool during this time of uncertainty, especially if you think she is seeing someone else. During this time, it's best to keep all of your emotions to yourself.

Step # 2 Keep Out of Contact

It might seem completely contrary to what you feel and what your instinct is telling you to to do, but it's important an important step of the process of getting your girlfriend back to remain out of touch for awhile, at least. One of the probably causes of the break up was that someone was most likely seeking to take a break from the other for awhile.
If you allow time apart for both you and her to contemplate the relationship is a good way to stimulate evaluation of the relationship from both ends. Time is spent clearing your minds. This time apart without communications could be a good way for her to realize how really valuable the relationship was to her.

Step # 3 Be Open

During this time you will want to be flexible. You will not want to begin issues order to your ex like, "be by at 3:00 to pick up your things or else".. This will only make things worse. At this point it's not time to become angry, etc, It's time to become a listener and a sympathetic individual. It's time to meet halfway and become open to really understanding her feelings.

Step # 4 Make Yourself Visible

This is not a time to be alone. You will want to connect with old friends or relatives and begin to establish other forms of entertainment and activities to keep your life busy. Dating others should be second priority at this stage. The main point here is to occupy your time with scheduled events where you are with others. This will allow you to create some new stories to talk about when you do finally talk to your ex girlfriend.

Step # 5 Be Who You Are

Your ex girlfriend was attracted to you for who you are. It's important to reflect on what made the good times you had with your ex girlfriend so special and try and contrast them to what is different now. There are times when a relationship falls into a monotonous spiral and it becomes difficult to reflect on what it was which made the both of you initially attracted to each other. It's important to be the real person you are and interact normally with all.

Getting your ex girlfriend back will not be easy, but it is possible with discipline, determination, patience, which are all qualities of success.
The above strategies are only core strategies to follow. It's up to you to keep the course
And to prove to your ex girlfriend that you are a worthwhile individual and that you will do everything in your power to prove it to her .

Interesting lens. You have wonder though, if getting back into the same relationship is a good idea if it didn't work the first time? I guess it just depends on the situation and why they broke up in the first place.
