Tips For Losing Weight #1: Start having a balanced diet. Your diet plays a very important role in helping you to lose weight. Sometimes, the food that we eat makes us fat. Alcoholic drinks, soft drinks, fast foods, snacks, and chocolates are the culprits. So the first step in losing weight is to have the right diet. Eat more vegetables and have a piece of fruit (or drink fruit juice) after every meal. Do not skip breakfast. Breakfast is the most important meal of the day as it revs up your energy and metabolism rate for the full day. A scrambled egg white with mushrooms & spinach and a frozen fruit smoothie is a good breakfast diet plan that you can have.

Tips For Losing Weight #2: Change your eating habits. Sometimes the reason that people are fat is because of their eating habits. Are you someone that likes to take supper? Are you a frequent drinker? Or are you always in a rush that you take fast foods for lunch every day? These eating habits will make you grow fat and remain overweight. So eliminate away these bad habits. Stick to your diet plan. Additionally, you should try taking 5 to 6 small meals per day instead of 3 big ones. This will keep your metabolism rate high and make fat burning faster.

Tips For Losing Weight #3: Exercise regularly. Having the right diet is not enough to lose weight effectively. You need to make it a habit to exercise regularly. When you eat right and exercise regularly, the speed of weight loss can be amazing. Cardio exercises like running, cycling and swimming are great ways to burn fat. Engaging in cardio exercises will reduce your overall body fat which results in rapid weight loss. However, for cardio exercises to work, you need to be consistent. You will not lose weight if you just exercise once every 2 weeks. Exercise at least 3 times per week, and each session should last at least 45 minutes. If you have not exercise for quite some time, you should start easy. Increase the intensity of your training gradually to prevent yourself from injury.

Tips For Losing Weight #4: Detoxify your body every now and then. Inside our bodies, there are always harmful substances, bacteria, toxins and parasites due to the foods that we eat. If you easily get bloated after a meal, it means that it is time for you to detoxify your body. These toxins and parasites slow down digestion and make our body unhealthy. Therefore, you should get rid of these toxins by detoxifying your body regularly. The best way to detoxify your body is to drink a lot of water and a glass of fruit juice after every meal. Personally, when I want to detoxify my body, I will drink around 10 glasses of water in a day and a glass of banana juice after every meal. Do it consistently for a week and you should be able to see your belly shrinks.

Tips For Losing Weight #5: Do not skip meal. The reason why you should not skip meal is because you need to keep your metabolism high for the full day. With a high metabolism rate, your body's fat burning process will be much faster. That is why I have mentioned earlier on that you should take 5 to 6 small meals in a day instead of 3 big meals - this will keep your metabolism rate high all day long.

Losing weight is not as hard as you think it is. Just make sure that you are persistent enough to stick with your diet plan and exercise routine. Detoxify your body regularly and avoid snacks, alcoholic drinks, and fast foods.

What is the best way to get rid of love handles? The answer is: long-duration aerobic exercises. Love handles is the flabby area at the sides of your abdomen. This area is often neglected when you are doing abdomen exercises - and soon, the layer of fat accumulates and becomes harder for you to get rid of it.

To get rid of love handles, there are specific abdomen exercises that you can do. But before we touch on the exercises, do remember that the first thing that you should do in order to get rid of love handles is to reduce your overall body fat. Engage in cardio exercises like running and cycling for at least 3 to 4 times per week, with each session lasting at least for 45 minutes.

Now having understand this, let us discuss some of the abdomen exercises that you can do to get rid of love handles:

Love Handles Exercise #1: Leg Flutters. In order to tone your stomach and love handles area, you need to strengthen your back. This will create a balance in your torso and reduces the fat on your back. Here's how leg flutter works:

a. Lie on your abdomen and lift up your head slightly towards the ceiling.

b. Place your arms straight by your sides.

c. Lift your feet and knees off the ground and flutter your legs rapidly back and forth. Do this for at least 20 seconds. Then take a 20 second break and repeat the process again.

Love Handles Exercise #2: Twist Crunches. Twist crunches will work your internal and external area of your love handles. The fat is usually stored in these areas which eventually build up your love handles.

a. Lie on your back with both your knees bent.

b. Lift your head up and place your hands behind your head without locking your fingers together.

c. Twist your upper body to the right bringing your left elbow to your right knee. Extend your left leg out.

d. Now twist back to the left bringing your right elbow to your left knee. Extend your right leg out.

e. Do it for 30 times. Take a 30 seconds break and repeat the exercise again.

Love Handles Exercise #3: Standing Trunk Twist. Here's how to start off this exercise:

a. Stand up with your feet apart. Relax your knees.

b. Twist your torso to the left and extend your right hand straight to the front as if you are punching someone in front of you. During this motion, keep your hips and legs stable.

c. Twist your torso back to the right and extend your left hand this time, doing the same punching motion.

d. Repeat this exercise for at least 30 times for each direction.

To get rid of love handles successfully, other than aerobic exercises, remember to engage in cardio exercises for at least 45 minutes each, 3 to 4 times per week.

Learning how to effectively tone your body is also important if you want to get rid of love handles, and exercises that Mike Geary talks about in his book are extremely helpful in toning your mid section and love handles.

What Causes Stomach Bloating - And Effective Way To Get Rid Of It... 

Sometimes the reason you have a swell stomach is not because you are fat - it is because your stomach gets bloated easily after every meal. There are many reasons why your stomach gets bloated so easily, but here are some common reasons:

Bloated Stomach Reason #1: Food is not digest properly. One common reason for a bloated stomach is because of indigestion. Indigestion can be caused by eating the wrong types of food or eating too fast. Fatty food and diary products are big culprits of bloating.

Bloated Stomach Reason #2: Eating chewing gums. Do you know that by eating chewing gums, it can cause you to have a bloated stomach? This is because when you are chewing, you are swallowing large amounts of air that goes right to your stomach. Also, if you are chewing a sugarless gum that contains artificial sweetener, your body will not be able to break down the artificial sweetener as easily, thus causing gas to build up in your stomach.

Bloated Stomach Reason #3: Irritable Bowel Syndrome (IBS). It is a common disorder among many people. A lot of people think that the reason for their bloated stomachs is because of indigestion or gas when they are really experiencing irritable bowel syndrome. IBS is a NON life-threatening disorder of the gastrointestinal tract characterized by abdominal pain, diarrhea, gas, bloating and changes in bowel habits. So do consult your doctor if you get bloated stomach easily to see whether IBS is the main culprit.

Having a bloated stomach is very irritating... it makes you look fat and causes discomfort. Now, let me share with you some tips to rid the bloating effect:

1. Drink lots of water. If you experience bloated stomach after a meal, drink water throughout the day. Water helps with digestion and eases bloating.

2. Eat slowly. If you eat too fast, your body cannot digest the food properly. So make sure that you chew the food properly before swallowing them. Take your time to eat, don't rush.

3. Drink fennel tea. Fennel tea is an organic tea that is very effective in eliminating gas and bloating by relaxing the gut and relieving spasms in the GI tract.
