Smoking is like a life threatening drug that one consumes. The cigarette pack clearly states that it's consumption is injurious to health. There are several books and guides available on the market that preach how one can quit smoking. While quitting smoking can be a daunting task, it's not really impossible to get rid of this habit. Amongst the millions of chain smokers, there are thousands whose attempts to quit smoking have been successful.
