If you have trouble falling asleep and staying asleep, I've got several precious tips for you. They will help you fall asleep fast and make peace with bedtime.
Thanks to the ideas exposed here (and some more), I went from being always the last one asleep, to being able to doze off in a matter of minutes -- even when I decide to take a short 20-minute nap during the day. Learning how to fall asleep fast IS possible, even if you've been plagued by insomnia for a long time.

whats with immature people? dont people know that we need real help sleeping?? not usless attempts at getting blazed or passing out by force. grow up 34 year old men with no lives that cant get woemen.
