1 - lie on your back (legs flat)

2 - pull the leg that hurts up towards your stomach

3 - take your opposite hand and pull the leg over the "good leg" on the other
side.

4 - this is the important one - Only do this until you feel the stretch.
'forcing the pull' will cause even more pain.

5 - again, 20 seconds is good, 30 is better, then do it over, three stretches
works best.

2 - take the side with the most pain, and put that foot under the opposite side
of the body, (the knee should sit just outside of the body's side).

3 - (now for the fun part) - the other leg - you know, the one that is still on the
floor - lift yourself up on this leg and your two hands.

4 - 20 seconds is good, 30 is better. Then come back down to all fours. Three
stretches should help
