Tracking your Cycles
Every woman's menstrual cycle is different. We either have a 28 day or a 32 day cycle and sometimes even a 20 day cycle. When you track your cycles, you can make sure that you are trying to conceive at the appropriate time. Yes, it is good to start trying as soon as possible but, if you wait and make sure your companion's swimmers full and ready, then doing at the right time can help make all the difference.
Now, when trying to conceive you're making sure you wait till you start to ovulate. Ovulation is when a woman's egg is finally down out of her tubes and is ready to be fertilized. Ovulation happens about 12-16 days after your last day of your period. So keep a diary of the different days.
Positions
Well, some people say that the kinds of positions you use do not matter. I feel a little different on this subject. Yes, you can get pregnant no matter what position you use. But, when it comes down to it, gravity is one of the best natural remedies when trying to conceive. For me, lying on my back was the best position. And I know it sounds gross but, also letting you companion's little swimmers stay in you for about 5 minutes with your pelvis tilted can also help. I used a pillow under me, which helped a lot for the comfort. In addition, to lying on your back, I feel when trying to conceive, getting as deep as your partner can to your uterus when ejaculating. This will help those little swimmers along.
