Titanium is a light, strong, lustrous, corrosion-resistant metal with a white-silvery-metalic color. Titanium is equal in strength to that of steel but is 45% lighter. It is 60% heavier than aluminum but is twice as strong.
Titanium is used in the automotive and aerospace industries and is used as a pigment for paint, paper, toothpaste in the form of titanium dioxide among other things. It is also used to make.....Jewelry!
Titanium is the only element that offers the unique combination of beauty, strength, light weight and bio-compatibility. Many say that if Titanium was dicovered before gold and silver, then it would be the leading jewelry today!
