Titanium rings - not your grandma and grandpa's wedding rings!

Most people do not know that Titanium rings are not made in the same way as traditional metal rings. Titanium rings are not cast.
Titanium rings are cut/crafted from a solid bar of titanium on a CNC (computerized) lathe or manual lathe.
Included below are a couple of short video clips showing a titanium ring being cut/crafted on the lathe. After the rings are cut, the edges are sanded for a better finish. The rings then are given a durable polish finish on the inside.
Please note, the video quality is not the best and we are working on getting new video to put up soon!

We then give the ring the outside finish requested by the buyer (polished, brushed, frosted, sandblasted, burnished etc) one ring at a time.

Over the last 9 years, we have gone through many hours of trial and error (TEDIOUS trial and error) and research to be able to make our rings in the shortest time possible (ebay buyers like things FAST) and of the highest quality.

Featured this week is style AX94s. This style features a classic plain flat profile band with a centered 1mm solid sterling silver inlay. The silver inlay is a nice contrast to the gray titanium. A handsome style! Widths available are from 4-9mm. Shown at 6mm in the photo.

**I just wanted to let you know that I received the rings. I know that buyers usually do not contact the seller unless they are unhappy, but, I had to let you know how happy I am. The rings are perfect. I was at my wits end until I found you. I am getting married on September the 6th and was thinking my groom was not going to have a ring. First, I know that I needed very tough material because of his physical work (gold was definetly out).But the biggest problem was the size. **As our first anniversary approaches (March 9) we are still enjoying our weding rings we purchased from you. We're both happy that they look just like they did when we first put them on, showing no wear at all. Thank you again for these wonderful and indestructible rings.

**I just thought you'd get a kick out of this. My wife and I were at the
mall on Wednesday and stopped at a retail jewelry store to do a little
comparison shopping.

The sales lady misinformed us greatly about what finishes and styles
could be made out of titanium to compensate for her tiny inventory and
at one point suggested that I buy a matte finished ring and it would
(wear down) to a polished finish within a few months. She did this
because the matte ring she was pushing was the only ring in the store
that fit me.

She also told me that we were shopping way too late for a January
wedding because it takes 8-12 weeks for titanium bands to be made once
they are ordered.

The only simple band they had that was even comparable to the rings you
sold me was $300 each and zero difference in quality from your quality.

She called me a liar when I told her what we had ordered from you, and
the prices at which we were able to purchase them. She also said that it
was impossible to order titanium rings and have them delivered within a
week.
