Toe Fungus - What is it?

This lens aims to help you determine what sort of Toe Fungus you have and how to get relief. Once you have determined that you indeed contracted a fungal infection on your feet, you can take some simple steps to prevent it from spreading and stop it completely, restoring your skin and nails to there natural state, by simply applying a natural home remedy.

There are, basically, three common possibilities when identifying a fungal infection on your foot. They are Athlete's Foot (Tineas Pedis), Nail Fungus (Tineas Unguium), or plain Ringworm (Tinea). If your condition does not resemble the any of the symptoms or pictures here, it is possible you may be dealing with irritation or plant rash, infection, or some type of deep level skin disease, like eczema.

Look familiar?

If the appearance of your rash looks like one of the above pictures, you likely have fungus on your foot!

So what do you do now?

Try to keep your fungus under control:

- Wear sandals and socks (allow your feet to breath but the socks prevent contamination to others)
- Wash your feet with soap every day (don't sleep with sweaty feet!)
- Replace stinky shoes (they stink because they are infested)
- Avoid hand-feet contact whenever possible
- Keep you home/room temperature below 75 degrees when possible (fungi like warm, humid, environments)

The article above, by Karen Bowman, contains a simple home remedy that you can make yourself that, when applied regularly, will completely relieve your
case of fungal infection! I highly recommend this approach, as opposed to off-the-shelf creams or prescription drugs because it actually makes your
body healthier in the process of curing your fungal infect. In the case of the "traditional" treatments, many times the side effects are worse for you than the fungus and you can expect a likely relapse shortly after you stop using the drug.

It really is not more complicated than that! If we know that fungus resides on your body, then we also know how to kill it and restore you to full health! Get started by implementing the simple home remedy and eat a healthy diet, your fungus will be gone in a few weeks or less!
