Tom Venuto is a well respected professional bodybuilder and personal trainer with over 14 years experience. I first read about Tom Venuto when he wrote an article for Exercise Men magazine as well as Bodybuilding.com

His articles were informative and easy to read which lead me to purchase his ebook Burn the fat Feed the muscles. Apparently, it was very popular as I see it mentioned all over the net and I had to check it out myself.

Burn the Fat Feed the Muscles Review

My first impression of Burn the fat Feed the muscles is that it is a "meaty" book. It is over a hundred pages, mostly words with very few pictures in between. It is not something you can take and read in one night kind of book.

Once you have read Burn The Fat Feed The Muscle, you will realize tom venuto does not tell you to choose a high protein or low carb diet. Rather, since each person's physical makeup is different, no one diet is suitable for everyone.  Burn the fat feed the muscle will teach you how to determine your own macronutrient ratio. From there, you will know the type of foods you should take as well as the best type of exercises to build muscles.

In my view, one of the most important chapters is chapter 3 in which tom venuto explains how to determine your fat to muscle ratio. In fact, it's so important tom devotes an entire 15 pages to it explaining the body composition, detailed charts of popular verses less popular types of body composition measurements etc. It can be a little overwhelming at times.

Overall, although I do think Burn the fat Feed the muscle provides too much information, some of which are over the top which I think most people may not need to know, tom venuto does a good job of presenting the ebook.

It is crammed full of useful information and tidbits from a 14 year veteran bodybuilder and is easy to read and digest. The only complaint I have is the lack of pictures to explain some of the exercises but it's not really that bad.

I highly recommend Burn the fat Feed the Muscle by Tom Venuto if you want to lose weight and build more muscle tones on your body.

Very interesting site on burning fats while building up muscles at the same time. I'm always on a lookout for information in this area and I must say your site is really informative. Thanks for that!
