Tom Dowd may be the most influential person you have never heard of. He was a recording engineer and producer for Atlantic Records. He was credited with innovating the multi-track recording method. His career covered most of the 20th century and included a mind-blowing assortment of the greatest musicians ever. This lens is a tribute to Tom Dowd and his genius.
