Aurora's History

Aurora was made by Tonka (under license from Polistil) in 1987. These dolls represent futuristic fashion models. Each of the 11 1/2" tall dolls had a solid plastic body (specially painted to look metallic or crystalline), articulated arms and legs (including wrists and ankles), and a soft plastic head with rooted hair and rhinestone eyes. Each doll is marked "Creata 1984" at the back of the head and "Polistil GG 87" on the back. Fashions are untagged. Neither dolls nor fashions come with shoes.
