My name is Lewis, and here are some things I use every day
I run several blogs and websites, and I often get asked what tools I use to get my tasks done, and what I think is worth paying for.
So I made this page.
Here I will highlight the tools I use every single day. I will write a short review of each, and what I use them for.
If you have any questions about anything on this page just shoot me an email.

Aweber
Aweber: Mailing Lists, Newsletters, Autoresponders
For anyone online to market their business, and building up an internet income, an email list is almost essential.I use Aweber when:
1. Building up a newsletter
2. Setting up an autoresponder email series
3. Promoting something to people who have given me their permission
4. I want people to sign up for my blog updates
5. Automate the delivery of emails and content to subscribers
There are many companies offering similar services as Aweber. GetResponse.com is probably the second most popular company favoured by Internet Marketers, but I find Aweber to be superior in almost every way.
If you are looking for an email mailing list service... you can't go wrong with Aweber.

Google Chrome
My Super Speedy Browser of Choice
If you are using Windows on your laptop then you are statistically likely to be reading this page in Internet Explorer right now.If this is the case, stop right now! ...step away from the blue e!
Internet Explorer is just a web browser. And plenty of other companies [other than microsoft] make web browsers. The big name ones are Firefox, see below, Safari, Opera, Flock, and Chrome. Also, they're all free apart from Opera.
On my laptop I have Firefox and Chrome installed. And Chrome is the fastest. It is the easiest to get open and closed, and just works. It is WAY more secure than Internet Explorer too.
If you've not installed Google Chrome yet do it now at www.google.com/chrome
LaCie iamakey USB Drive
I wanted a USB memory stick that would be large enough to store all my files, wasn't too expensive [although this is quite expensive for 8GB I think], and this one had the added bonus of being totally cool!
It attaches onto my house keys, so I'm never without it.
I store on it my folder of several thousand images for making lenses/blogs/websites/anything, my programs like firefox, and my text files for my writing.
And doesn't it look totally awesome!
My iPhone
My iPhone is an incredibly capable web browsing wonder and has an app for almost every single thing I need to get done.
Here are some of the apps my iPhone presents to me, effortlessly:
And many more, including some clever games.
Anything else my iPhone doesn't have an app for can be handled brilliantly by the web browser and email app.
MAN I LOVE THIS THING!
Portable Firefox
Super Extendible Portable Web Browser
When I'm away from my laptop I still want access to my web browser, with all my bookmarks and passwords saved, so I've installed Portable Firefox onto my LaCie iamakey USB Drive. So if I'm on a computer in an internet cafe, or a library, or on a friend's laptop, I just plug my USB drive in, open firefox, and away I go! I can get to work immediately.
Firefox is another web browser, an alternative to the standard Internet Explorer on most computers [see 'google chrome' above].
There are some excellent Plugins I use which makes my Portable Firefox a mobile FTP program, a photo uploader, and more. It's very versatile.
You can find Portabke Firefox, and many other apps to install onto your USB drive, at PortableApps.com
Quick Web Creations
Web 2.0 Image Creator

These are some examples I just made in about 5 minutes. Cool eh?
Quick Web Creations is an online tool that helps you build super cool headings, titles, and some images, with a really easy single page of options.
I use QWC for almost every single blog I build for customers for YourNicheBlog.com, and I use it on some of my lenses too.
Want your header to have a reflection? click the reflection button
Want it to have a shadow-border? click the shadow button
Want to change the font or color? Just click the boxes
It's not free, but it's worth it. To learn more about QuickWebCreations, click here
