First thing's first. The Wii is a gaming console that Nintendo created.What distinguishes the Wii form the other gaming systems is its remote. It is a hand held pointing device and detect movement in three dimensions.

My Top 10 Wii Games

1 The Legend of Zelda: Twilight Princess

The Legend of Zelda: Twilight Princess Is not only the best Wii game it is one of the best games that I have ever played.You are once again a boy named Link and you are off to save the fields Hyrule.Don't worry if you have not played any of the other Legend of Zelda games they are not required. This is a must have for any Wii owner.

2 Super Mario Galaxy

Probably the most famous gaming character of all time has returned to save his beloved Princess.Mario is back and he looks better than ever. In this wonderful adventure Mario ventures into space to save the Princess from the evil Bowser. This enables amazing new levels that enable Mario to defy gravity.This is truly the next level of Platform games. Another must have for all Wii owners.

3 Super Smash Bros. Brawl

Another game that is EXTREMELY fun to play.If you have ever played a Super Smash Bros game you know what I am talking about. This just brings so much more than any of the previous games in the series. Playing this game will bring you some of the best multiplayer sessions in your life. This game will keep you and your friends busy for hours on end. A truly worthy number 3 !

4 Resident Evil 4 Wii Edition

If you have already played Resident Evil 4 you would know how awesome the game is. Well the Wii edition is even better. How ? The new control system ! Using the remote and nunchuck they have improved the way you play the game exponentially. Now you can aim, fire and slash your way to the end with style !

5 Metroid Prime 3: Corruption

Another great shooter game where you play through the eyes of Samus. Using the Wii remote you can aim with extreme accuracy and combing this with the visor view you really feel like you are in the game. There is a return of old weapons like the Grapple Beam and Morph Ball and also some new ones to spice thing up a bit.

6 Rock Band 2

If you liked Rock Band one you will love Rock Band 2. Even If you have not played the first one you will love this game. With a large number of game modes and a huge soundtrack list this game is a must have. It even has online mode that connects the entire Rock Band community.

First of all the game looks amazing with music that suites the environment. The levels are well designed and it will keep you busy for a while. And it feels right at home with the controls. A truly amazing adventure game.

8 Punch-Out!!

Another great multiplayer game that will make you end up laughing for hours on end. If you liked the Wii boxing that came with the console you will absolutely love this. Cel-shaded graphics is used that fits perfectly with the humor.

9 Little King's Story

Don't let the graphics make you think this game is only for kids. This game has a story that all will enjoy. As a shy boy you pick up a crown that enables you to control the other villagers. It is now your job to put them to work and train them. A good game the players of all ages will enjoy.

10 Super Paper Mario

And number 10 is Super Paper Mario ! This game is so unlike any other game that it is a must have. What sets it apart ? Well allows you to swon between 2D and 3D and it comes with RPG and Platformer elements. This is a unique game that definitely deserves a playthrough .
