Jennifer Lopez and husband Marc Anthony have become the parents of twins in a New York-area hospital, according to People magazine.

The magazine has reportedly paid upward of $US6 million ($6.5 million) for exclusive US rights to the first photos of the twins.

The boy and girl, delivered in a Long Island hospital, were the first for the 38-year-old actress and singer, whose efforts to become pregnant have filled tabloid pages in the past few years.

Anthony, a 39-year-old salsa singer, has a daughter and two sons from two previous relationships.

Lopez did not confirm her much-rumoured pregnancy until early November, when she announced the news to a Miami audience while on a concert tour with her husband.

Organizing Chronologically

As with any scrapbook, you can organize your photos in lots of different ways. My recommendation is to organize baby photos chronologically.

Hospital Photos.

This would be the first section where you can tell your children about how and where they were born.Record vital stats: Weight, length, and time of birth plus the name of the doctor and the hospital.

About Your Baby's Name.

A baby's name is chosen with great care. What were some of the alternative names you considered, and why did you choose the name your child eventually got? Is it a family name, does it have a special meaning to you?

Family and Friends.

Here's a great place to scrapbook photos of the baby with each parent, and with members of the family and friends. Doubtless your family has received wonderful gifts-you might keep a record of those gifts and include any special thoughts that go along.

Recording Growth.

A new baby grows so quickly-so dedicate a few pages to show his or her growth. Include the dates of your doctor visits, with the changes in weight and height. You can organize this by doctor's visits, or by taking a photo in the same chair. It makes a nice visual and shows the baby's growth in proportion.

Firsts.

A baby's first year is such a great time to be a parent! You'll be amazed at all the wonderful experiences your child has. This next section of page can include all of your Baby's Firsts: First foods, first roll over, first steps, first word, first tooth%u2026and don't forget that all-important night when Baby slept all through without waking! The album can end with the child's first birthday.
