Claiming you can lose 11 pounds in 9 days with their unique "calorie shifting" method, the fat loss 4 idiots diet (also known as the idiot proof diet) is made up of an online meal planner (great if you hate to plan meals) that tells you what foods to eat and when to eat them in order to trigger the release of fat burning hormones by your brain.
You can still eat 4 meals per day and get 3 cheat days after every 11 days. The foods seem to be mainly based on low glycemic index so it looks healthy to boot. This is definitely one diet to check out!
