Acai has become known as the "Super Berry" due to the the amount of nutrients it contains. According to a recent scientific study at the University of Florida, the antioxidants contained in these berries destroy human cancer cells.

Besides providing a wide variety of vitamins, other advertised benefits of acai include increased energy, improved digestion, deeper sleep, a stonger immune system, slowed aging, healthier heart function... and on and on

Well, the latest news is that acai's detoxifying and cleansing actions actually can help the body to lose weight - naturally.

With all of these benefits, it's hard to see a down side. OK, except for the price. Someday the price may reach a lower level - but until then, can you put a price on good health?

Acai is sold in many forms, including liquid, powder and capsules. With other nutritional supplements, I've heard that sometimes the liquid form can deliver the nutrients more effectively. In my opinion, use the form that's most convenient for you. If it's not convenient, you won't take it, and that's not money well spent.

I give Pure Acai a 5-star rating.
