Only one program can be number one...

A no-holds-barred software smackdown!

There's plenty of sites which give you lists of software, recent updates, and reviews. But here, only the very best programs make it to the top.

You decide which program is worthy!

Pick your favorite Mac software and vote for them. The more votes they get, the higher up the list they go. If your program isn't on the list, add it to the list along with a link to its home page and a description that'll attract votes.

You decide which programs should die in obscurity!

See a program you hate? Think an application doesn't deserve a place on the list? Vote against them, and your vote of no-confidence will drive them down and off the list.

Be brutal, software doesn't have feelings!

And even if it did, would you care?

Vote for the best Mac OS X software!

Vote up the ones you like, vote down the ones you hate. Add any you can't find.

Excellent selection. Thanks for the "shopping list."
Also, does "VersionTracker" count? It's an indispensible resource for mac apps and shareware.

I really like Camouflage. It hides all those icons on your desk top and you can see them again at the click of a mouse . I didn't see it in the list.

I hate Pages. Appleworks was WAY better. Pages is so clunky and..."fancy". Just give me a plain WP for a good price.
