Choosing the right opportunity for you
Choosing the right MLM opportunity is difficult for most people because they have no idea how to evaluate different MLM opportunities and work out which are good and which are not so good. This lens will serve as a quick guide to help you figure out which is the TOP MLM COMPANY.
The first thing you should evaluate is the products. Are the products good and reasonably priced? Is there enough of a market for them and will there continue to be in the future? And finally would you yourself buy the products if they did not come with a business opportunity? Also look at the companies profit centre if it is not the products you are in a pyramid scheme. Many companies make their real profits from selling their distributors training and promotional materials.
The second thing to take a look at to figure out if the company you are looking at is a TOP MLM COMPANY is the compensation plan. How many people would you need in your downline to make your desired monthly income. The MLM industry average amount of people required in your downline to make $10,000 a month residual income is 2800 people. In some companies this number is as high as 16,000 in others it is comfortably less than 1000. Also look for breakage and any area you could lose money.
You also need to inspect your companies policies and procedures, watch out for any company which puts in either that they can terminate you at any time for any reason and also any contract which states they can refuse your annual renewal where one is needed. To check the integrity you should also evaluate the training given, cold calling doesn't work there should be a better system in place and training provided. If there is not it suggests the company doesn't really care about it's distributors.

- You're completely right.
You must think before acting even though it's your best friend who's introducing you to the business.

- A lot of shrewd advice there Mark ... most people never really even read the Compensation Plan before signing up with a company ... great lens.
