Best Heroes and Villians
Heroes always win. Villians always lose. That's just how things in a good cartoon are. But some lose better than others and some win better than others. So here's a list that I've put together for everybodys enjoyment.
Villians
Every body loves a good, strong, or funny villian.
- Megatron - Megatron tops the list with his amazing strength and leadership skills."Transformers" is by far one of the best cartoons of all time which makes The leader of the villians the best.

- Cobra Commander - He's a regular coward with all the power in the world in the hit TV show and comic "G.I. Joe." All of his plans and schemes put him at the top of this list.

- Aku - "Samurai Jack" has always been one of my favorite shows. Aku is the lead villian that has the ability to shape shift, fly, travel through time, and teleport. He's big, solid black, red and green, and completely unstoppable.

- Mojo Jojo - Mojo Jojo is funny yet serious. Stupid yet smart. He's the kind of villian that has all of the money, time, and plans in the world yet he still can't get anything right due to the forces of the "Power Puff Girls".

- The Joker - In all of the many TV series' and comics based on "Batman", the Joker has always been made big and seen as a major character for his humor, his insane tactics, and his incredible brain power.

- StarScream - StarScream is Megatrons commanding officer on the hit series "Transformers". He's always turned into a fighter jet, and he takes down anything and everything in his way, except for, of course, Optimus Prime.

- Bowser - Bowser tops the list for video games and cartoons alike from the "Mario Brothers." He's always been portrayed as funny, but very strong and very powerful. Him and his goons have always been my favorite and that's why he's here.

- Bluto - Bluto Loved Olive Oyl. "Pop-Eye" Loved Olive Oyl. In any kind of situation like this, violence is bound to come from it. He was enormous and very storng. He's always been one of my favorite villians.

- Gargamel - Gargamel was very funny in the show "Smurfs." Gargamel never did anything right. He always had all of these schemes to capture and destroy Smurf Village but nothing could ever go right. The one inch, blue men always managed to stop the full grown man with a black cat.

- Destro - Destro was definitely one of the best members of cobra from the hit series "G.I Joe." He may not have been the number one commanding officer but he still totally kicked all butt that came his way.

Heroes
Heroes always top the villians in any cartoon so why not make a list?
- Optimus Prime - Optimus Prime was leader of the auto-bots on the show "Transformers". He was smart, strong, and was never beaten. He tops my list by far.

- Snake Eyes - Snake Eyes from the awesome cartoon "G.I. Joe." With his sword, his gun, and his ninja moves, he was totally the coolest character from the show.

- Jack - Jack from the show "Samurai Jack" was amazing. He was strong, he was fast, and he was skilled in the ways of a samurai. He also was very funny with how clueless he was in the futuristic world.

- Buttercup - She was one of the three girls from the show "Powerpuff Girls." She was lean, green, and mean.

- Superman - "Superman" was literally invincible. No bullet could shoot him and no punch could knock him down unless of course there was some kryptonite around.

- Spider-Man - WIth his spider like abilities, he took on everybody and with the ability to fling a web from his wrists, he could go anywhere and everywhere. "Spider-Man" rocked.

- Batman - "Batman" never had any kind of super powers but he was always strong, smart, and resourceful. He was never defeated so he's definitely one of my favorites.

- Bumble Bee - Bumble Bee was the second strongest, the second fastest, and the second coolest auto-bot on "Transfomers."

- Pop-Eye - "Pop-Eye" loved Olive Oyl and Bluto loved Olive Oyl. In any situation like this on a cartoon, violence is bound to break out but Pop-Eye always came out on top with his spinach.

- Duke - As far as "G.I. Joe" characters go, Duke was one of the best. He was smart and boy was he tough. He places Number two on my G.I. Joe character list.
