In the last 100 years the amount of food that people eat has almost doubled. We have conditioned ourselves to eat everything on our plate. Try eating off a smaller plate.
2. Maintain a healthy metabolism: what I mean by healthy is that your metabolism helps your burn calories, so therefore if you play around with it too much. It will not be effective. Avoid starving or missing meals and your metabolism will be able to get on track and function with efficiency resulting in weight loss and a more tone look which is always good!
3. Drink water: People have stopped drinking water and it is affecting their health and weight. Try to drink 8 glasses a day and avoid soft drinks. Hard task, but once you get used to drinking water as something you drink on a regular basis you will see a big difference in staminia, energy and all around good health.
4. Eat your Breakfast Boys & Girls: Back to metabolism, breakfast starts your metablolism off for the day and avoiding it will only put your bod into starvation mode. So eat your wheaties!!
