Tortilla Pinwheel Roll-Up Party Appetizers

8 oz cream cheese, softened
One 8 oz container of sour cream
1 can chopped Ortega chilis
1 small can chopped ripe olives
1 small can chopped ham
10 flour tortillas

Mix together all the filling ingredients
Spread mixture on to tortilla.
Roll, Chill and slice.
Serve them on a nice serving plate or platter.
That's it!

One 8 oz package cream cheese softened
One 8 oz carton sour cream
1/4 cup onion chopped fine
1 medium can chopped ripe olives
1 small can jalapeno peppers, chopped fine
One 8 oz package grated Cheddar cheese

Mix all ingredients and spread on tortillas.
Roll up and refrigerate overnight.
Cover with Saran Wrap.
Cut in one inch pieces and serve.
Makes 100 to 120

4 (8-12) inch flour tortillas
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
2 tbsp. milk
2 green onions, minced
1/2 c. green pepper, finely chopped
1 lg. tomato, very thinly sliced
1 med. cucumber, very thinly sliced
Chopped black olives
8 lg. lettuce leaves, washed and dried. I like to use a more decorative lettuce than Iceberg. Get something a little more colorful and ruffly.
3/4 lb. thinly sliced deli meat, such as turkey, chicken, ham, or beef

Mix cream cheese, milk, green onion and green pepper.
Spread the mixture on the four tortillas.
Layer the deli meat on top of cream mixture.
Then 1 lettuce leaf, tomato slices and cucumber slices.
Roll up tortillas.
Wrap in Saran Wrap and chill for two hours.
Cut each roll into one inch slices.
Arrange on platter. Garnish with lettuce leaves and black olives. Makes about 36.

Note: These make a beautiful presentation when wrapped in red and green tortillas. A great Christmas party appetizer recipe!
