Giveaway of the Day
http://www.giveawayoftheday.com/ regular site
http://www.giveawayoftheday.com/winutilities-62/
http://game.giveawayoftheday.com/ games
This is an awesome site! The only trick to it is that you need to keep up with it daily to get the most out of it. What this site offers is a different piece of software that you can get totally free everyday.
No, it's not a free trial offer either. It is the full licensed version of the software. You get the whole thing. How does it work? Well, they buy the licenses for their giveaways and you agree to their terms and conditions, while they provide advertising for the publishers of the software. You can get a free game everyday as well, with the Game Giveaway of the Day area.
Not up to the task of checking out this site everyday to see if what they offer is something you can use? Well, then just sign up for their free newsletter and you'll be kept on top of everything and won't miss the programs you could actually make good use of. I joined the newsletter after I missed out on what looked like a handy zip program.
Just remember that you have a limited number of hours to download the programs, so if you see one that you want, make sure you snag it. After the time is up, they go back to full price.
Also, you may want to check out their Freeware Library, which is full of free software from many different categories. For example, Audio & Video, Education and Desktop Enhancements, just to name a few. Enjoy!

More ideas from above sites
Contact manufacturers directly: You can go to the manufacturers' Web sites and look for coupons. At Pillsbury and
General Mills, for instance, you'll find coupon galleries where you can print coupons. At Pillsbury, for example, you
can print coupons for $1 off Green Giant Select steamed vegetables as well as roll-out pie crusts. You can also call the
manufacturers and ask. We did just that and got coupons from Sunsilk, Quaker Oats ($1 off any product), Tylenol ($3
coupon, $2 coupon and a sample of Tylenol rapid release gels), Burger King (free Whopper) and Lean Cuisine (brochure
with multiple purchase coupons).
Places to watch for extra deals
coupons just as it says lots of free print coupons
http://slickdeals.net/ Slickdeals
At slick deals it is a forum and you can search things you are looking for
we got a digital camera that was original price 120.00 it was marked down because of a new model coming out to 65.dollars then there was a sale and then a rebate on package in the end we paid 12 bucks for it and it is a great camera
http://www.dealcatcher.com/ Deal catcher
Deal Catcher has updates on items found similar to slick deals but more like a site
Gas buddy find cheap gas prices in your area http://www.gasbuddy.com/
Free cycle participate and get new free things you might need and give what your not using to people
who can use it http://www.freecycle.org/ find one near you a safety tip have drop off points not your home
http://www.ebay.com if you take time and really look can find great deals, also look under misspelled words
Craig's list http://www.craigslist.com more great deals from folks like you, remember to set a pick up place that is public, never allow people to deliver to your home
Energy saving
Energy saving
Save energyBuy energy saving light bulbs and holiday lights.
Unplug things or put them on a energy strip that you can flick the switch on and off! Old tvs toasters coffee makers toaster ovens and such have tiny bits of energy that still go into your energy bill same with computers shut them off when not in use!
Cold water for laundry and reduce dryer settings or hang laundry out! Put towels down to block cold air under doors if you feel drafts, if you cant afford weathering then use cheep plastic to insulate drafts from windows plastic on screen doors help with your regular door insulation.
Check for energy tax breaks
If you buy a new energy efficient furnace, boiler or water heater you'll save on your energy bills and your taxes. Shop
for products with an "Energystar" logo. They use 10-50 percent less energy than standard models. Here's how much you'll
save with Uncle Sam: Furnace/boiler: $150; water heater: $300; storm windows: up to $200; storm doors: up to $500; new
insulation: up to $500 (source: www.energystar.gov).
Use an electric blanket
It's much less expensive than heating your bedroom to a toasty temperature.
Clean your heating systems dirty ones don't run as well and use more energy.
Turn down water heaters.
Have computer thermos stats so can set lower at night or when you are gone so you wont forget.
watch for deals on previous sites listed like slick deals and sites like ebay for solar charges phone and ipod chargers really will save money also watch those bigger chargers for lap tops and such the bigger of coarse the better its hard to find good deals but its worth your time to keep checking you could save like 600. a year doing all these things which costs almost nothing.
Again watch for solar items Ebay and Craig's list other places to find deals.

Ideas
Cards and scrap booking
Make your own cards holidays all you need to do is look up free png graphics to place on them or use your own photos and print watch for off season card stock or right after the holidays here are some premade's for holidays scrap book style ad a photo just download and use http://renderlyyours.com/renderlyyours/holidaycars3.htm
Scrap booking is a great gift of memories for yourself or others digital scrap is fun pages you create and print there are a lot of sites just put in digital scrap freebies in search engine or try creating your own in paint programs buy beautiful books cheap on sale marked down and decorate your pages with scrap and memories also if cant afford ink and paper and need a dozen or so cards wall mart has some great deals and they come with envelopes to. i do scrap pages sometimes there because will last longer forever basically
Get free professional pictures. Go to www.picturepeople.com and click on "what's new". There's always a seasonal promotion and a coupon.
More gift idea's Birthdays holidays
your time is cheaper than store gifts but it is also considered more special by friends! Make goodies for gifts cookies fudge breads brownies do a few you might have in your cabinet, or little ribbon wrapped baggies of nuts, or have old wines hanging around, have a photo of you and the person celebrating well create a cute picture frame with cd case and ribbon then! there are so many fun ideas! then get a gift bag medium at the holidays find mark down by plain colors blues are always plentiful can use them all year round and just add ribbons and can also find some cheap at wall mart and dollar stores and shazam you have a small bundle gift bag of goodies! I often at holidays will do fudge and bread and wine or cookies as gifts for friends! I make one batch fudge split between the bags 1 batch cookies split between bags and 2 breads sliced and wrapped split between some friends so a dollar bag and the few food items all split up would cost like in full 8 bucks split between 4 friends, it is 2 bucks plus bag 3 bucks but you know what I have gotten huge hugs for those gifts and them wanting recipes which gets us visiting again soon lol, it is also a way out of secret Santa 20 dollar or 10 dollar limit no embarrassment there!!
I have made scrap books, done wine and bread in gift bag, I have bought cheap photo books and filled with family photos to give out its fun cheap and totally loved by family. Another thing some women love is in your gift bag of treats a few weeks ahead snip a bit of your favorite house plant and get it started and wrap ends in moist paper towel and wrap gently in plastic with tiny pin hole to breathe with a ribbon or another is spice packs put together spices measured in bag with written out recipe.
I even bought clearance candy from Halloween and cut out of Styrofoam or card board wreath and Christmas trees and used tooth picks filling them with candy and ad ribbon to give out costs like 5 bucks for 3 or 4 of them. So many ideas go to craft sites for more its worth it don't think of it as much as low cost but its a part of you given to friends and family its so special because you took time to do it! your time is worth a lot as well and means so much more. sorry i just keep adding lol another item can add to a treat bag is well visit a dollar store and really look around go in with memories of the past of you and friends and family members really look i bet you find one or 2 things that will stimulate memories right away for you both you might laugh get teary with joy and so on or ad that little something to frame I suggested made out of disk holder or to another frame with ribbon or glue.
ok in case you need gift bag ideas here is a list put a couple of these things in a gift bag and you are all set
fudge breads cookies brownies
bags of nuts home made jelly and sauces and dress up the jars with ribbon
Make decorative frames out of CD cases or get frames from flea markets dollar stores yard sales or thrift shops, decorate with stickers stamping ribbons anything you have or wish, to glue or tie on shop with memories in mind dollar store find little thing that hold big memory of the relationship tie or glue to frame and put fav photo.
wine and spirits might have aging and don't mind parting with
Minnie photo books half full of memories let them finish the book
scrap pages for framing or scrap booking
fill bags of spices all ready measured for recipe and write recipe on regular plain paper roll up and tie string a few pieces and Frey the ends then tie to bag of spices
candles watch for sales they make great gifts at the holidays for you bags i have found pretty ones for 1 dollar
watch for gift certificate deals on sites on the other page
oh I almost forgot tins are great for your treats. I collect pretty ones I find I even have a base ball tin I got for 1 dollar you can get tins with butter cookies at the holidays and other treats you can find them at flea markets and yard sales you can decorate plain ones you might have get a se of stickers for less than a dollar and consistently put around tin evenly you can also paint tin if you like with metal paint
Pets
Instead of buying those poop bags at the store instead say yes to plastic with groceries both are the same so instead of paying extra use grocery bags
Reusable treat hard bones with holes or kongs fill with peanut butter and granola keeps them busy
cheap stuffed toys no buttons or eyes can get real cheap ones from thrift stores pick the most run down because then those most likely wont be wanted by parents for kids anyway
cats are real easy they like home made more than store bought a toilet paper roll, a string, milk cap pulls, small crumpled up paper just use your imagination be sure to supervise play
Pets love home made toys
beleive it or not you pet doesnt look for the best toy on the market comercials nope . unlike children they dont see all those toys advertized at the holidays here are some great ideas for toys pets loveFirst cat toys
Paper or ping pong ball - Believe it or not, your kitty can have hours of fun with this. Simply take a large piece of paper, crumple it into a ball and throw it.
String toys - Attach a feather to a piece of string or use a fishing pole with fun creative lures at the end, such as bells or lights.
Bag toys - Never use a plastic bag for these homemade cat toys, but instead use a large paper bag from a supermarket or department store. You can also do this with a cardboard box, just be sure to remove all staples and tape
or take a childs sock fill with more socks with holes that you might throw away ad cat nip and you have a throw toy like those mice you buy in the store;
box toy tak a box not to big but that your cat can sleep in put it on its side make 2 holes on rop and put one end of string through one hole and other through the other and add a feather to on and a bell or something to the other
dog toys
old stuff toys no buttons or pull off eyes on them
knotted rope
take an old shirt might trow away and draw a bone about a foot long
cut it out and then trace to make another sew to peices togethe and fill with socks
socks did I hear socks stuff socky inside a sock and ti knot in the end
