Sizing and Pricing forToyota Tacoma Tires

It seems that everyone has a different type of tire on their Tacoma Truck. Some have stock road tires while others have gigantic mudding tires. What are the different options and what is right for you?

Off-Road Tires for Stock Toyota Tacoma Configuration

Sizing Specs and Information on Stock Toyota Tacoma Off-Road Tires

I currently have BFG Rugged Trail All-Terrain Tires on my Tacoma.

The Sizing Specs:

265/70/R16

These filled out the wheel wells quite nicely.

City Driving

They Stick to the ground on the highway and streets exceptionally well. My truck came with smaller tires (240/60/R16) and the difference is huge. There is almost no Wobbling or sway from taking banked turns on city streets.

Off-Road

Getting Stuck with these tires on my Tacoma just hasn't happened. I've been in some pretty hairy spots and I still have yet to find a situation where 4 wheel low and these tires will not pull me out.

I just purchased a set of Nitto Terra Grappler 265 75R16's for my beast, and I love them. I was concerned that they might rub, but they don't. And they make the truck sit a bit higher, which is a good thing. I love my taco supreme!
