Music in computer games.
Music in video games has already become an integral part of the game process. Since the times the first computers could produce sounds, we could enjoy simple melodies heard from the speakers of a TV-set or the in-built computer speaker.
However with the evolution of the computer and the game industry, music for games has become no less important than music in the cinema. Nowadays we can not imagine a good game without beautiful and impressing music. It actively intertwines with the game process, being its important part and, undoubtedly, the ornament of the game on the whole.
The tracks from such cult games as God of War, Devil May Cry, Gran Turismo, Need for Speed and some others has already become a cult in itself and are known to a huge number of gamers all over the world. So it is not a surprise that people wish to hear this music not only while playing, but also in their cars, out of their iPods or from a usual CD.
Such music can be found in the Internet in the form of CD disks sales or in the form of MP3 songs collections. For example you can look for it at Amazon or at some other sites that sell legal MP3 music for quite a small price.

- Yes, it's amazing how, over the years, the music has become such an integral part of the gaming experience. The genre sure has come a long way from annoying beeps and even more annoying constantly repeating bits of sound. %*

- Nice - You'd be my hero if you did a tribute to the old 8-bit Konami soundtracks - like Jackal - 20 years later, I'm still whistling that soundtrack.
