Trade Show Table Covers
When exhibiting at a trade show the question of what to do with the table comes up. Sometimes the table is bare or is dressed with a cover and some skirting. Typically, when the table is bare there is offer to dress the table for extra charge. Either way, the generic tradeshow table just doesn't match the money businesses put into their displays and exhibits. This is where the idea of trade show table covers really shine.
Trade show table covers are one piece covers for six to eight foot long folding tables that are popular with convention spaces. They are printed with a business logo or message. They can be printed in a single location or over the entirety of the cover. They can be screen printed with a single spot color or have a full four-color process printing on them. Trade show table covers can really take possession of a booth for a business, rather than looking like a rented space.
Trade show table covers and a banner can be a really inexpensive way to present the business at a low-cost. They are light and compact which makes them easy to transport. No other display can be easier to set up or break down. They can be used in many places a full tradeshow display may not be welcomed. All that simplicity allows staff more time to work the crowd than worrying about the mechanics of the booth. The simplicity is such that a display kit could be created to send to places where staff cannot attend. Send a trade show table cover, a banner, and marketing materials to a location that someone could remotely set up. They would not have to man the booth but only to do the set up.
Because of the nature of trade show table covers, being that they are one single piece of cloth imprinted with a custom graphics, they can be somewhat expensive for only one. However, the cost really comes down as one orders more table covers of the same print/graphics. An alternative to trade show table covers is using a table runner. A table runner is about a foot to two foot wide piece of cloth that stretches over the center of the table with a logo or message printed on it. This allows one to use whatever cover and skirting that is provided with the booth table, yet have their custom message printed on it. Also, it is recommended to not use a table if one has a freestanding floor display. As a floor display can be eight feet wide, having both a display and a table can easily overwhelm and clutter a booth.
