%u2022 Some of our merchandise is guaranteed with a manufacturer's warranty.
%u2022 We agree, at our option to repair or replace any defective merchandise during the 90 day warranty period.
%u2022 Defective products returned to us in original packaging with all accessories and owner's manual will be replaced or repaired.
%u2022 Defective products returned to us missing accessories or original packaging will be replaced or repaired as received.
%u2022 A 20% Restocking fee will apply on non-defective returns if a Company Credit is requested (Sorry No Cash Refunds).
%u2022 The returned item should include a note explaining the problem & the appropriate " return shipping address".

TradeWorks Product Club is a members-only site. We provide access to thousands of products at wholesale prices exclusively to the members of TradeWorks Product Club. 1. Sign up for an account with TradeWorks Product Club through our sign up page. You will not be able to view our wholesale prices until you do. However you can browse some of our sample categories and products by clicking on Product Categories above.

Select your products

After you have purchased a membership to TradeWorks Product Club you can browse all of our categories and see our wholesale pricing.

2. Select categories and products that fit your site or the site you wish to have. Below is an image of what a product in our Member's only area. Notice the discount of 72%. Discounts vary but this is pretty typical.

After you have selected your products and categories you are ready to insert them into your web page using TradeWorks Product Club.

Making a Sale

After you place the product in your website you are ready for business.

3. Placing the product is a snap when using ClipOnCommerce and the WebWizard. Both are included if you choose to purchase the Visual Web Tools Suite. Everything is laid out for you. Just a couple clicks of the mouse and your ready says TradeWorks Product Club.

Completing a sale

After you make a sale on your website or a online auction you are ready to purchase the product from TradeWorks Product Club at wholesale prices and ship it off to your customer. We'll cover Drop Shipping in the next stop of the tour.

4. Log back into TradeWorks Product Clubs member section. Select the product that you have just sold moments earlier on your website or online auction. Add this product to your cart and its quantity. You will select shipping in the next step.

Shipping Information

After you have purchased the product from TradeWorks Product Club you will need to enter in your customers Name and Shipping information.

5. Enter in the required fields and choose the shipping method you wish to ship the product.

Now you are finished with your sale. TradeWorks Product Club will box up and ship out your order for you with your company's name on the label and your clients address. They will think the package came straight from your warehouse, but it didn't. You never had to touch it or carry costly inventory.

Terms and Conditions

By submitting this form I authorize Pacific WebWorks, Inc. to immediately charge my credit card $1.95 for the electronic shipment/setup of the Search Success Kit for Yahoo. I hereby request that Pacific WebWorks, Inc. activate my account and authorize them to advance funds as indicated. Monthly Service fees will commence 14 days from the date of this purchase, and will be billed monthly thereafter. After the 14 day trial you will be billed $59.90 monthly for the continued service of the website, website software and for the membership to the TradeWorks product club. No refunds will be given for failure to use the requested and provided services.

We reserve the right to transfer your billing to a third party Merchant of Record. This authority will remain in effect until revoked by me. This agreement will remain in effect each month until cancelled by me. You may cancel at anytime by writing to 180 South 300 West Suite 400, Salt Lake City UT 84101 or calling 1-800-497-4988. I agree that Pacific WebWorks shall be fully protected in honoring any electronic transfer or collection. Pacific WebWorks shall not be responsible for refunding any Account Set-Up fees or training fees. By submitting this information I am agreeing to the terms stated herein. All clients agree to billing that is automatic each month. Pacific WebWorks will not send notification, postal or electronic, when a billing occurs. The electronic Shipping and Handling is non-refundable.

Mutual understanding of service: 1) neither TradeWorks nor Pacific WebWorks creates or designs pages for the client. They provide only the ability to do so, along with allocating server space in order to host the created documents. Pacific WebWorks and or TradeWorks may for a fee assist the customer in the design and creation of their website; 2) neither TradeWorks nor Pacific WebWorks contacts the client to activate the account.

By completing this form a desire to participate is indicated; 3) neither TradeWorks nor Pacific WebWorks hosts or list any client's Web Page with any of the available Search Engines on the Internet; 4) at the option of the client and for additional fees, Pacific WebWorks provides the ability to conduct online commerce through a client's Web Page. At the option of the client and for additional fees, Credit card acceptance is available upon condition of obtaining a merchant account from a compatible third-party vendor.

The utility allows product orders to be completed in real-time. This availability is based on obtaining a merchant account, and a real time processing account, Pacific WebWorks and or TradeWorks may for a fee assist the customer in obtaining a merchant account; and 5) you are required to read and carefully follow the acceptable use policy found at http://help.visualwebtools.com in the introduction section. Pacific WebWorks retains the right to refuse service to anyone not following its acceptable use policy. TradeWorks and purchaser/customer agree that any and all disputes related to this document shall be governed by the laws of the State of Utah and shall be resolved through arbitration in the County of Salt Lake, State of Utah.
