Get The Traffic You Need
Traffic exchanges are a great way to get the traffic that you need to your websites.
The basis of a traffic exchange is that you surf and view others websites in trade for credits that are then used so that others see your website.
Exchanges are so versatile and can be used for many different websites. Selling something on your site, let more know about it. Have a site that you get paid per view? Get more views. (Sorry, sites that break out of the frame are not allowed in the exchanges)
Most traffic exchanges also offer banner and text link credits. These are how you can promote those sites that can't be put in to the exchange if they break frames as they will open in a new window.

Reallysmartdeals is a specific exchange. You list your shopping sites and your auctions on this one. It's the best out there to get your auction items seen! You are able to put your squidoo lenses in the text links or in as banners.
ReallySmartDeals Traffic Exchange
Easyhits4u has to be one of the very best exchanges out there. Not only do you get quality traffic, but you also earn 30 cents for each 1000 sites you view. Earn 10 cents per referral once they have surfed 100 sites, plus 10% of referrals credits. I highly recommend this one! Pays out at only $3! squdoo lens can be put in as banners.
Topsurfer is another exchange that I have been using for many years. I am very happy with it. Surf just 50 sites weekly to be priority. You can have unlimited sites in rotation. Choose to play bingo while surfing, earn money, earn free ads etc. I enjoy it. Pays out at $10
Share-traffic is another exchange that I have been a member of for years. Earn credits and cash as your surf. Along the way play poker for extra credits and cash. Payout is $20
If you want to have a lot of fun, join TrafficBunnies. Every 25 sites you win a prize, which can be cash, hit credits, text credits, banner credits or splash points. Always a promotion going on too!
SweetShoppesurf is fairly new, but I am impressed with the quality of traffic that I get. Owned by honeyadertisingpro.
Trafficforwebmasters is also fairly new, but seems to be really good. It has hover technology so all you do is hover over instead of clicking to go to the next site. Have the chance to earn extra hit, text and banner credits while you surf as well as cash.
Peek-A-Boo surf is new and looks promising. Squidoo lenses can be places in text links or the banner section.
Lightening Clix is another new one that looks promising. Owned by one of my yuwie friends Squidoo lenses can be placed in the text and banner sections.

- When I started blogging I used traffic exchanges and it certainly helped to make the stats look good.
There is just one problem with them in that you shouldn't run Google Adsense ads on the blogs etc. as this is against Google's rules and conditions. I received a warning from Google about using traffic exchanges and having AdSense on my blogs.
