Countdown to Liquor Day is Almost Up!
After much speculation from nervous fans, Showcase has announced that there will be a Trailer Park Boys Season 8. After a well-deserved break, and an hour long special slated for 2008, at least one more season will be developed for debut in 2009. More information and a full lens overhaul coming very soon!
Season 7 Began Sunday, April 9th on Showcase!
While most of us are running around filled with glee at the imminent start of the Sopranos' final 6 episodes, let us not forget that April also marks the start of a new season in Sunnyvale. Season 7 begins with "I Fuckin' Miss Corey and Trevor" and premieres this Sunday night at 9pm.

Ricky, Julian and Bubbles are about to get out of jail, and this time, Julian vows to go straight, even open a legit business. Soon the Boys will all be rich. At least thats what theyve told the parole board. But when they arrive back at the park, they find it's not the same old Sunnyvale - and it's not the same old Jim Lahey, Trailer Park Supervisor. Lahey's a new man, hasn't had a drink for two years. And he has plans - BIG PLANS - for Sunnyvale. But unfortunately for Lahey, Julian stands in his way. With his big plans for Sunnyvale going down the toilet, his relationship with Randy broken down, and having the Boys back in the park is all way too much pressure for him to bear. For Jim Lahey, the countdown to liquor day is on.

Ricky, Julian and Bubbles come up with a scheme to steal large amounts of untraceable coins. Set in a separate storyline not related to the "Trailer Park Boys" Television show, but with the same lovable characters. The boys get arrested for robbing an ATM machine and spend 18 months in jail. When the get out, they decide to pull off "The Big Dirty" which is to steal a large amount of coins because they are untraceable and quit their life of crime forever.

Meet the ridiculous residents of Sunnyvale Trailer Park.
Trailer Park Boys is a series about love, friends and family - or perhaps it's about everything that can go wrong with love, friends and family.At the centre of Trailer Park Boys are Ricky (Robb Wells) and Julian (John Paul Tremblay), two guys whose lives were shaped by their experiences growing up in the Trailer Park. Their childhood was typical of most trailer park kids - stealing, fighting, smoking, drinking, scamming and listening to Van Halen. The Boys have had their share of trouble with the law and considering the Shitmobile, are definitely ineligible for car insurance.
Most of their adult lives have been spent behind bars of one kind or another. In fact, as the inaugural series begins, both Ricky and Julian are getting out of jail. Ricky and Julian blame each other for this most recent incarceration and, now, as Julian prepares to start all over again, he refuses to talk to Ricky. Julian wants and tries throughout the series to go straight - but old habits die hard. And that's just fine with Ricky. And this is what starts all the crazy events that takes place in the mocumentary-comedy of Trailer Park Boys.

- At the end of each season, at least two people go to jail. Julian is the only one to go each time.- Mike Smith (Bubbles) owns a cat named Bubbles.
- Each season was filmed in different trailer parks, all in Nova Scotia, Canada. The pilot was filmed in Spryfield, Nova Scotia. The first season was filmed in Sackville, Nova Scotia. The second in Dartmouth, Nova Scotia. The third in Lakeside, Nova Scotia, The fourth in Dartmouth again (in a different park then the second) and finally for the Christmas special they have there own park in Dartmouth, which they will be using for the fifth season onward.
