Communication
Communicating With Your Dog Is A Crucial Part To Training
Communicating With Your Dog Is A Crucial Part To Training your dog. Dogs rely on body language for communication. So when I talk about needing to communicate it mainly means watching your dogs body language and sounds.Dogs are social animals by nature. There ancestors lived in in packs that were mainly made up of relatives. That is who they relied on when hunting, for protection etc. Much like our families, there are leaders on down the ladder. Such as Grandparents to parents to older siblings etc.
Well socialized puppiesgrow up to be non aggressive because they learn good communication and social skills. That is why communication is such an important role in your dogs training and life. Better socialized less aggressive and happy is the result. Click Here!
There are to tips of dog behavior:
1. Dogs will try whatever he/she thinks might get them what they want.
2.When behavior produces rewards,a dog will keep on doing it.
Aggression
Aggression Can Be Controlled
Some dogs are aggressive towards strangers even if they are welcomed by the owner. This reaction is stronger when the home recieves little or no visitors.Another trigger of dog aggression is unfortunetly children. This is do to the fact that children have higher pitched voices and that children are very jerky in their movements which will cause a dog that is not used to this to become on edge. Some also think that it reminds them of small prey in a way. Don't be wooried though they are most likely not thinking about the kids as their next meal.
It all comes back to training and teaching your dog to respect your actions and be relaxed around others especially our children. With positive training methods many dogs can be retained to be more relaxed around strangers and children. Click Here!
