Living in Open Space 101 - Organizational and Personal Transformation

My mission is simple ... Be a positive influence in the world. I know that I cannot "force" change in other people . .. but I DO know that I can help folks enjoy higher and higher levels of success and comfort. This is about finding FLOW and high achievement all the while enjoying an environment rich with HIGH PLAY. I am not financially driven other than to be fully aware that money will fund the vision.

As this project bears fruit, I know that will increase my ability to "spread the word" and facilitate the "change from within" which I believe is possible at ALL levels of organization - from the individual to the multi-cultural, multi-national, multi-faceted, corporation or government.

My Mission includes a delusional desire to effect the Global Political Structure ... to take the meaning of the word "leadership" to a new level.

While I know this whole thing will initially appear to be a very complex pursuit . . . and I am aware that it will require a large amount of up-front work on my part, I am confident that the right people will show up when the time is right and provide the leverage needed to take the necessary steps to reach the vision.

Soon . . . I will be adding an "invitation only Social Network" where participants will be able to co-create and develop the appropriate structure. This space is already there awaiting the participants to enter. Just email me if you would like an invitation.

As vague as it all sounds at this juncture, rest assured that my brain is moving at warp speed to capture the raw essence of where I think it can go . . . and then to figure out how to leverage the tools at hand to extend proper invitations to others.

A word about the "balance" referenced in the title. What this references is actually counter-balance . . . in awareness that our state of affairs will never really reach equilibrium (That would mean death) . . . Yet I am aware that we humans are in significant discord with the natural order of things on this planet.

We have a LOT of work to do.

I am fully aware that this work simply cannot be legislated in any country . . . We must find the resources among ourselves and coordinate a sensible effort to bring ourselves more in alignment with the "way".

My beliefs are not (and never will be) judgmental in nature . . . I'm not particularly attached to religious denominations . . . and find no real value in arguing the "correctness" of one over others. I believe in God and the significance of Jesus, and I honor all those folks whose beliefs are in any way different than mine.

This "movement" is NOT religious in nature . . .

This is an effort to examine humanity at a virtual gutteral level . . . Nothing complex here.

So

What can we all do to get this ball rolling?

My premise is that we start in our own houses - Get things "right" with our families . . . and Neighbors and Friends and work associates . . . and plug into the community. Each person committed to this does all of this in whatever way is most effective given their environment . . . and ideally, we keep in touch through the network to share ideas and philosophy . . . and to report success and failure.

I currently have three unique personal "investments" in this effort . . . My own Coaching and Consulting practice for REALTORS, professionals and organizations (Represented in this site and a social network coming soon) . . . Real Estate Professional Sales Associates (Represented at Squidoo.com/RealEstateTownCenter With its own Social Network already in place through Ning.com) . . . and my own local Sphere of influence for my Real Estate Clients and personal inner circle of friends and family.

The content in this space will evolve over time as I see this space as being the manifesto for the whole . . . On the other Squidoo lens will be additional manifestos for each of those "parts"

Please join me wherever you feel a fit. I ain't gonna be recruiting - but I will extend invitations to groups of people periodically to get the word out knowing that those folks with passion will opt in when the time is right.

I figure this has already been a 46 year adventure for be and could very well continue for another 46.
