Transformers Kiss Players

on April 3, 2006, a Kiss Players radio drama began airing on a Japanese radio show. Each weekly episode featured a one to three minute story narrated by one of three voice actresses. The first week of October, 2006, the entire 30-minute radio show was taken over by the Kiss Players concept and called "Transformers Kiss Play: Transformers News Center".

The show featured the voice actresses interviewing Takaratomy insiders, and the actresses would also ad-libb dialogue inspired by reader-submitted scenarios. The story drama ended with a cliffhanger the third week of December, 2006 and was concluded on a CD that came with the Autorooper X Atari figure set released the following week.

A serialized Kiss Players manga by Yuki Ohshima was first published in a monthly magazine in August, 2006 and ran for three 16-page installments. The 20-year-old girls were portrayed in skimpy outfits that sometimes exposed sheer underwear. The most outlandish part of the manga was that an evil Decepticon pursuing the girls had a very suggestive-looking tongue protruding from his mouth.

A new Kiss Players radio story began on December 26, 2006. Starring the same three voice actresses as Rosanna, Sundor and Glit as well as their previous characters, it follows on the events of the first year with the six main characters forming a singing group to entertain humanity. (in what currently appears to be at most a PG rated way)

The radio show returned on December 26, with new episodes introducing new characters, and having the main six girls form a singing group.
