Trapped Nerve Pain? The best way to Remove a Trapped Nerve

If you ask a doctor, he may tell you that there is no such thing as a trapped nerve.

If you're in agony now, you'll disagree and happily kick him in the back until he has the pain that you do!

But how could they be right?

Well a lot of people believe that the terminology of having a 'trapped nerve' is slightly incorrect.

It's caused by your spinal column pushing against a nerve, which can cause it to be irritated or compressed, it might even stretch it!!!!

When you think it through, it's no wonder you're in the pain you're in right now!

I've looked at lots of different ways to remove pain of any sort fast.

My favourite techinque is a breathing technique I learnt from a successfull hynpotist who treats pain a lot.

It goes as follows (you'll need to read these few times before you try it):

1. Breathe in deeply and close your eyes.

2. Breathe in and out a few times very, very deeply and holding for a few seconds each time.

3. Open your eyes quickly, then close them.

4. Open your eyes quickly, then close them

5. Again, open your eyes quickly, then close them.

6. Imagine your eyes are really really relaxd and the muscles around your eyes are too and think about being so relaxed you couldn't open them.

7. Take a few more deep breathes in, then very very slowly open your eyes and....

8. Smile.

I've tried this lots of times and it certainly works for me and has done for a number of people I know. It might not work 100% for you, but should make a slight difference, maybe it could just buy you some time to find other solutions.
