First and foremost important thing to tell all of you is that I walked away from the summit with a strong sense of knowing that we are involved in best opportunity with the right leadership, stemming from Rene Larralde, President of Travelencia down thru the rest of the corporate staff - Kevin Wise, National Marketing Director and Alberto Morales, Chief Operating Officer and Compliance Manager and Steve Black, Master Distributor. Getting to know these people, it was very clear to me that they are genuine people of great honesty and integrity. They are very passionate and commited to Travelencia, its members and the long term growth of our success. I am extremely thrilled to be a part of this company!

Personally speaking with Rene, I know that he is committed to us and is very interested in listening to us to ensure the future growth of Travelencia.

A few of the leaders - Steve Black, Master Distributor, Sheila Maillet, Jorge Sanchez, Susan Dascenzi and I were invited to a special leadership meeting with Rene to discuss strategy and get some of our questions answered. Here are the topics that were brought to the table:

Marketing System/TV Informerical Campaign - Anyone who signs up for the $2 marketing trial for the first month, then $49 per month will receive TV leads from the infomercial. There will not be a separate cost for the TV leads. You might be able to purchase extra shares of the leads. Rene made it clear that since we don't know what kind of results the infomercial will bring, he had a hard time charging us more and will get with Lamar Owens today (Monday) to clear that up. He apologized for the confusion on the websites and will take care of it and make it simple for us! So stay tuned to more on that later. Anyone that comes in after October 15th will pay $99/mo. The 200 leads that we get now with the marketing system will be put automatically into our contact manager in the Travelencia back office. Squeeze pages and contact manager should be ready to go in the next week. Autoresponder and splash pages will be eliminated. I asked Rene if we will be able to add our own campaigns and letters into contact manager and he wasn't sure, maybe eventually. We will have notice before auto responder is gone. Paul Colley found a free autoresponder that we are looking at for the team if we need one.

As a side note - Rene personally tested the surveyed leads that we get from the marketing system now and found them very responsive!

There will also be live chat on your website so when you have a prospect, you will be notified via text to your cell phone or an email and you can go and chat with your prospect live! You can also have someone from your team man your website if you are not able to be there! This will be a very powerful feature!

Expanded hours for Live Support rooms, customer service are coming. They are adding more customer service reps as needed. For extra security - Travelencia will be calling all members - new and old - to make sure that they signed up with Travelencia, they will verify their sponsor as well. When you are enrolling new members it is important that you make sure they put in a valid phone number and email for this verification purpose. If Travelencia cannot verify their membership they will be suspended until that is completed so make sure you tell them that this information is for the benefit of their security and also company and to expect a phone call. There were over 200 fraudulent application processed and this cost the company thousands of dollars. So please pass this information on to your new members.
