What is TreasureTrooper?

Most of you have probably heard of 'GPT' sites, which stands for 'Get Paid To.' And some of you might have heard of TreasureTrooper , my personal favourite FREE GPT site, and a very popular one too. In this lens, I'm going to explain to you why I like TreasureTrooper, and what makes it stand out from all of the other GPT sites.

Who can join TreasureTrooper?

No matter where you live, you can join TreasureTrooper. There are people all over the world who are members of TreasureTrooper, however the majority of the offers will be available to US and Canadian residents. You have to be at least 13 years old to join, but be careful to read the Terms and Conditions of advertisers for who you are completing an offer for, because some may only allow people of ages 18 and over. Don't let that put you youngsters off- I know about 6 kids who are members of TreasureTrooper and they've made some good money.

What makes TreasureTrooper original?

Why join TreasureTrooper? Why is it better than other GPT sites?

To me, TreasureTrooper is not just a Get Paid To site, it's a way more than that. Yes, you complete offers, daily surveys, you get paid to shop, but there's also a lot more.

For every offer you complete, you get at least one virtual gold coin, or half a platinum coin. These can be used at the 'Trading Hut' on the website where you buy additional items, such as Forum Treasure Hunt tickets, treasure map pieces, secrets, mousepads, and lots of other things.

These can earn you additional money; for example, if you buy all four pieces of the Treasure Map, you get to go on the Treasure hunt, and if you get to the end, you win $100. There's no limit to how many people can win and there's no limit for how long it takes you. Platinum coins can get you a $20 Amazon Gift Certificate, a $50 Visa Gift Card, an Ipod Nano, or an Xbox 360.
The latest addition to the Trading Hut is the slot machine. You get to play once a day (if you complete the treasure hunt you can do 10 a day), costing 1 gold coin, and you can win prizes such as pearls, platinum coins, and cash. There are also 4 relics from certain 'TreasureTrooper characters' which can get you a prize once you get all four of them- but I'll leave it to you to find out what the prize is.

After every offer you complete, you have an option of playing a mini game to get a virtual pearl. There are either 3 clams or 3 boxes, and one has a pearl. When you get 8 pearls, you can go the Trading Hut and buy a 'Friendship bracelet.' When you purchase this, the 2 next unreferred members to sign up automatically become your referrals.

On the subject of referrals... for every referral you get you will earn 20% of what they earn, and 5% of what their referrals earn. Lets say you have just 5 active referrals, who are earning $100 a month. 20% of 100= $20 $20x5 referrals= $100, just from your first level referrals, in just one month! And imagine if they all got referrals! Referral earnings can sometimes earn you more than offers, and that's for doing nothing. Look lower down for more info and help on referrals.

For 3 gold coins you can buy the forum treasure hunt ticket. The treasure hunt is held each month by the admins of TreasureTrooper and consists of a challenge which has to be completed in a certain way. The prizes range from anything between $2 and $50.
If you don't have a treasure hunt ticket you can always just go and check out the forums see what sort challenges they put up.

You can get paid by TreasureTrooper by two different ways: PayPal, and by cheque. Cheque payments are processed once every month, and you have to have at least $20 in you TreasureTrooper account. With PayPal, you can get paid more often and there is no minimum payout.

More extra features

More? Yep, more features.

On TreasureTrooper, there is a monthly jackpot, called Jack's Jackpot. Every month, a new offer is set to be completed for the jackpot. Every time someone completes that offer, $1 is added to the pot, and at the end of the month all of the money is added up and given to a lucky winner (who has to have completed the offer as well). This year's winners up to May are stated on the website as:

May: Jordan from Pennsylvania won $432.00!
April: Noell from Illinois won $444.00!
March: Shawn from Oregon won $369.00!
February: Jacline from New Jersey won $451.00!
January: Tyler from Florida won $163.00!

On TreasureTrooper there is also a 'Guild' section. Basically, you create a group with other Troopers and battle against other guilds in different categories to win prizes, which are usually cash. A guild can have up to 10 members, but you have to have made at least $50 from TreasureTrooper to join a guild. This can easily be made in a week or two. VIP members (members who have made over $500) can also make a guild.

Most people earn their money through offers and referrals. But there are also 2 other main ways of earning money on TreasureTrooper. These ways are 'Cash Surveys' and 'Cash Shopping'. Members from the US and Canada can complete 2 surveys a day, each paying $0.75. Recently, TreasureTrooper introduced surveys for UK members, however the limit is 1 survey a day.
With Cash Shopping, TreasureTrooper has a large lists of online stores which sell various items. If you click on the link of one of the stores from the TreasureTrooper website, and purchase something, you will receive a certain percentage of cash back in your TreasureTrooper account. The percentage usually ranges from 5% to 20%.

By completing certains things on TreasureTrooper, you can find virtual Gems. Over all, there are six different gems that you can find. What the gems do is a secret, but how you can find them is not...

The Ruby is probably the easiest gem to get- it is the only gem that can be bought at the Trading Hut. It costs 15 gold coins.

The Emerald is related to referrals. Get as many referrals as you can, and you might just find this pretty thing appear in your TreasureTrooper account!

The diamond is found when you complete a particular offer, but you're not told which one. Complete offers that interest you, and you could find a diamond in one of them.

To get the Sapphire, you must earn a certain amount of money from doing offers.

You can find the Topaz gem by completing a certain amount of daily surveys.

The Amethyst can be found by earning a certain amount of cash through the cash shopping section of TreasureTrooper.

Is there a forum?

Yes, there is. The TreasureTrooper Forum is one of the best out of all GPT sites that I've been a member of. The members of the forum are friendly, helpful, and they will always reply quickly to your queries, whether it is an admin replying or a TreasureTrooper member. You don't have to be a member of TreasureTrooper to sign up to the forums - if you want you can sign up to the forums first and look at some of the topics or ask a couple of questions. It's on the forums where you will find Treasure Hunts, competions, questions, payment proof, announcements and other things. To go to the forums click here.

Is TreasureTrooper just another Scam?

No! TreasureTrooper is not a scam! I and many other members have been paid before, and I will show you proof of it. Look at the top left hand corner and you will see the TreasureTrooper logo:

As mentioned previously, you can also get paid via PayPal. Payments are lower because you are paid via Paypal more often, leaving less time for your earnings to get big. You still earn the same amount, because you can get paid, for example 5 times a month with $20 or once a month with $100.

If you want even more proof of payment then click here to be taken to the 'Payment Proof' part of the TreasureTrooper forum.

And now that's pretty much all I've got to say. If you want to join TreasureTrooper, then click here to earn quick, or if you want to go to the forums then click here. Thanks for reading this lens.
