The Use of Essential Oils to Fight Insomnia

Insomnia is a condition that affects many people at one time or another during their lifetime. Many say they feel irritable and suffer from a lack of energy during the day, but when they are ready to go to sleep they find themselves unable to unwind and relax. Being productive and efficient in today's work world is a must. Not only is it necessary to succeed, but it is also a must in maintaining work loads. Sleeplessness is a sure way to distract yourself from a day's work and leave you feeling stressed out and anxious which only contributes to insomnia. It seems like a vicious cycle and it is.
