    for me I've been experiencing a lot of panic attacks lately the worst is when I was in college when I was already pressured and stressed out cause the deadline of our thesis is already near then my classmates were really that not cooperative with me. luckily my mom was an eft training practitioner we had a time together for an eft session. My mom help me alot with that eft session and it really helped me to over come my panic attack. luckily I've graduated college with flying colors and my panic attack was gone.
