In fact I remember being at a friends house when I suffered from one of the worst panic attacks that I ever had. Ever since that day; I was always nervous about leaving home because I thought that it would happen again.

I carried a brown paper bag with me everywhere I went hoping that I was prepared to take the necessary steps to overcome my attacks. It felt as though I was never going to be able to overcome this problem.

Well eventually me and my mother were able to find a method that finally did work for me and I am happy to say that I can now leave my home again without worrying about suffering from an attack that I have no control over.
