Why triathlon blogs?
Many triathletes and would-be triathletes like to keep a journal of their training. It helps to be able to look back and see progress or mistakes, and it's part of the learning process. Keeping a triathlon training blog online also helps to keep the triathlete committed since now others can see if you're neglecting your training. A little guilt can be a good thing!
