Can you be an athlete and a vegitarian

Introduction about Healthy Lifestyle

A healthier, happier and more successful you with weight loss through sport and an active life style.

You can become a healthier, happier and more successful person by making a few simple changes to your lifestyle. You will have to make changes to the overall you, not just change the amount of exercise you do or your diet. The secret to achieving happiness and a healthier you is to balance your body and mind , it is only when we are balanced in physical health, mental and spiritual that we are truly healthy.

I will write about the value of meditation at a later time

If we are healthy then we are happier and can reach success more easily in life, This is some of the ways you can bring back harmony and balance to your life

Exercise is an essential part, it helps to tone our body, keep our heart and lungs healthy and detoxifies.

Pick a sport any sport find out if a co worker plays in a net ball team or has a touch footy team, Hey I love my Triathlon so I will always tell you to find a club who can give you some good advice and fellowship.

Exercise can be anything from more vigorous routines such as aerobics to simply walking, pick your favorite activity and set aside a specific time of day and commit yourself to devoting a half-hour per day towards getting your body back into shape.

Eating right is the next essential step to maintaining a well-balanced life; our bodies need the right amount of vitamins, nutrients and minerals to work at its best. Making changes to our diet is easy, keep away from fast foods which contain a lot of saturated fats and sugar.

I at this point in time will not presume to influence you diet and if you should eat something that has a face etc but I do know from experience themore you get to a raw food diet the more energy and energetic you will feel. So start including more green vegetables and try to eat fresh fruit instead of juice when available.

Along with making changes to your diet and until you get a feeling for how your body is going you should include supplements such as vitamins, nutrients and minerals.

Modern farming methods strip many of our foods of the minerals our bodies require and now just provide us with the basic nutrients. Due to this we might be lacking in certain minerals and vitamins, by supplementing your diet with vitamin and mineral supplements we can ensure we still get all the vital minerals, nutrients and vitamins we need in our daily diet.

Reducing the amount of stress we have in our life plays an important part in how we are able to cope with it. This is where the role of sport has the added benifit of being a great reliever of Stress, which can do much damage to our body and mind.

It has been linked with "burnout", fatigue, sleep problems, depression and it lowers our immune system. Learning techniques on how to cope with stress and worry are essential to keeping yourself balanced and full of energy.

There are a wide variety of techniques from simple breathing exercises which can be done anywhere, at anytime, to yoga which is a full system for relaxation and de-stressing to meditation. There are many books, DVDS and CDS available on the subject or there are courses you can attend.

Lastly but by no means the least important is keeping life fun, doing something which you enjoy doing and makes you feel relaxed and happy each day.
No you are not being selfish by taking time out each day just for yourself, this time is essential.

Just be aware of the time you are putting in to your new found lifestyle does not impact on a family situation, here balance is the key

It is just as important as exercising, eating right and reducing stress, your time could be spent doing a hobby or pastime that you enjoy, sitting quietly and reading, taking a hot bubble bath while listening to your favorite music or spending quality time with your family or friends.

Weight Loss is Possible with Hypnosis

Losing weight, controlling your weight, and avoiding weight gain get harder as you get older - yet they are an important thing to do in order to prevent weight-related health problems. If you are over your ideal weight, you are at a greater risk for diseases including: diabetes, high blood pressure, heart disease, cancer, sleep apnea, and cancers. If you are overweight and not exercising as much as you should be, you may also be at risk for heart disease and high cholesterol.

Amazingly enough it only takes a little weight loss for you to have big health benefits.

Losing just ten percent of your body weight can lower your blood pressure, cholesterol, triglyceride, and blood sugar levels. While there are many ways to lose weight, one to give consideration to is hypnosis.
There are many misunderstandings when it comes to weight loss and hypnosis. So before you break out your pendulums, take some time to read some of these thoughts.

First, keep in mind that hypnosis can be risky if it is not done properly.
You should only use someone who has been properly trained in the real concepts of hypnosis. Even though it may appear safe, you still want someone who is skilled enough in the art of hypnosis that they know all the factors that should be considered and what type of procedure will work best for you.

Diet and Health

Losing excess body weight

Losing the excess body weight is not a magic, neither its hype. It worked for many people and it can work for you to. If you are serious about your goal about losing weight regular exercise and controlling your food habit can be all that you will need. The first thing you will need is to step forward and start implementing the plans you have made.

The best possible ways to lose weight are carrying out regular workouts and controlling your food habit. If two of these measures are taken with all seriousness, you are sure to shed the excess fat from your body eventually. You can enroll in a gym to gain access to various regimens there. Working out will give you the perfect body shape you have always dream of.

There are many as well who have tried but nothing actually happened, but most of the occasions you will find that they weren't serious enough.

Hypnosis is another method that can be used to treat not only obesity but a lot of other health issues. Hypnosis allows others to take control of another person's mind to such an extent that the individual being hypnotized can be controlled.

You have heard enough of those stories. Now take the first leap, you yourself will be telling others one day, that losing weight isn't a big deal at all.

You might have been tired seeing advertisement in the magazines, on the television and internet where celebrities talk about the secret of their success. If you can stick to your plans you will definitely give others those tips one day.

Obesity may also lead to various other diseases like heart attacks, hypertension, stroke, depression and so on. For the kids, its often worse. They sometimes find it difficult to associate with their peers and thus they feel liek an outcast socially.

Do not let obesity kill the joy in your life. Take a deep breath. If the work out and diet control are not working for you, you should consult a medical professional and he will refer you to some effective products.

New Research: Fat Is Contagious?

[ Editor's Note: Fitness author Jon Benson shared this letter with me and gave me
permission to share it with you. ]

It's like a dream come true.

"Gaining body fat is the result of a virus."

Wouldn't that be great news?

Well...

Let me tell you about the AD-36 adenovirus. Adenoviruses are the same nasty bugs
that cause the common cold. We all have these viruses in various forms in our body
all the time.

That last bit is a critical distinction.

Remember that.

The Pennington Biomedical Research Center in Louisiana has been doing some really
ground-breaking research on AD-36. AD-36 affects stem cells... more specifically fat
cells, both pre-formed and post-formed.

This means AD-36 can make MORE fat cells if contracted as an infant and make your
fat cells larger if contracted as an adult.

Or so the theory goes.

To quote the study:

"Earlier researchers have concluded that Ad-36 may be contributors to obesity by
super-charging fat cells to grow and store more fat. Until now, though, those
researchers thought the viruses targeted pre-fat cells (called pre-adipocytes),
causing them to convert in higher numbers to fat cells and causing those fat cells
to be larger. Those studies were in mice. Pasaricas work determines the virus
targets stem cells in humans."

The result?

"In one test, a third of obese people had the rare and highly contagious virus
compared to just 11 percent of thinner people. Weight gain can last three months
until the body has built up resistance to the bug."

Wow. Sounds like we have a winner here. A virus that you can catch that literally
makes you gain bodyfat! All we need is...

a vaccine!

Right?

Wrong.

First of all, notice that 11% of LEAN people have AD-36. And at any given time, just
like a cold or a flu virus, you could contract AD-36. If your body has 'never' been
exposed to it, you may require about 3 months to build up antibodies to ward it off.

Now, you can gain a lot of weight in 3 months... but come on. You cannot become
obese in three months unless you are really, REALLY working at it.

Plus, like most viruses, you build up immunity to AD-36. Researchers do not know how
long the immunity lasts, but some theorize it could last years... some even decades.

And let's not forget those 11% who are lean and have the virus.

Why did they not all of a sudden get "sick" with bodyfat?

Because they are not EATING or LIVING in a way that allows them to gain bodyfat no
matter what nasty freakin' viruses may be floating about, that's why.

That's right folks: It is always going to come down to the food we put in our body
and the way we move.

Here's another hypothesis presented by Sherry Strong, food philosopher and
nutritionist: "This could very well be the result of nature creating a mutation to
encourage us to eat more due to the fact our consumption of natural, whole and
organic foods is so low."

Brilliant observation... and one tha makes complete sense.

Even if a "virus" is responsible for 20% of our weightgain, what about the other 80%?

We do not need a vaccine other than good food and a common sense workout plan.

Here's the best --the "vaccine" for bodyfat

Here's why I love this workout:

1. It's fast. 7-14 minutes 3-5 days per week. Anyone on earth can do this.

2. The Basic Upgrade (you will see it) still comes with a copy of my book "The Every
Other Day Diet." Put the two together and you have an absolute winner of a plan
that's practical and enjoyable.

3. Plus, anyone who owns "Every Other Day Diet" gets my upcoming "Radical Fatloss
Blueprint" book freee. It comes out March 1st.

That's 3 good reasons to go here and check out 7 Minute Muscle...

the "vaccine" for bodyfat

Here's one more:

You know better.

You know that there's never going to be a magic pill for health, vitality, energy
and looking your best.

We can keep hoping... or you can take action and get what you want now.

To me, that makes more sense than AD-36 "Super-Retro Fat-burning Vaccine" to hit the
marketplace in 2021.
