Do you need a bunk beds?

Many families have a problem with kid's bedrooms. We plan house for two children and than over years there is third child on his way. Well, two kids would have to share their bedroom. But two beds takes just too much space in one small room. The solution is bunk bed. It save space for more important things like playing space and desk for learning.

Bunk beds come in many different versions. We know triple bunk beds, castle styled bunk beds, japanese stayled beds and so on. There are also many types of material bunk beds are made from: wood, metal and even plastic(I would stay away from it).

Triple bunk beds

Even more space for playing

Sometimes there is only one bedroom for 3 children. Even if the room is big there still can be problem where to place three beds. Let's do some maths - each bed is two meter long and one meter wide - it's 2 sqare meter for each bed. Those 6 square maters really can be used smarter if we use triple bunk beds - then all three beds takes just as much space as three would.

Comfortable bed sheet sets

Bed sheet set can really add a lot to your sleeping experience. Old sheets which have been washed many many times become rough and they do not provide the optimal comfort so you should buy new sets made of natural materials such as cotton or silk. They are soft, allergen-free and make your bed really cosy and warm.

Japanese style beds

Sleep with the touche of orient!

Japanese platform bedOriental styling is becoming more and more popular this days. You have probably already heard of feng shui and other oriental guideline of designing your home.

The important part of every home is, of course, the bed. Japanese style beds are both stylish and comfortable. They are simple to assemble and quite reasonable priced. Japanese platform beds usually sit a little bit lower than normal beds so they are ideal for people who has problem with climbing into bed.

Do you feel like sleeping near the window today? Japanese beds are also very light what make them really easy to move from one part of the room to another.

Tips for better sleep

Are you not sleeping well? We can help you!

Sleeping1. It is recommended to sleep 7-8h per day but if you feel exhusted you should sleep more. Lack of sleep can bring in the sleeping problems, because you are just too tired even to sleep. It might sound wierd but it is true.

2. Make your sleeping environment better. The most frequent reason for bed sleep is low quality or too old mattress. I have bought the full size mattress and I sleep better since.

3. It helps if you do relaxing things before you try to fall asleep. You should read an entartaining book, your favourit magazine or listen to a soft music.

4. Keep your stress under control. You should forget about work before you go to bed. You probably won't do a lot at 11 PM so there is no point to worry at night. You will be far more productive in the morning if you come to work well rested.

5. Improve your diet. Bed eating habits can affect your sleep. You will far easily fall asleep if you don't eat meals rich in fat just before going to bed. Try to eat only light meals after 5 or 6 PM.

I hope you will find this tips useful and I wish you good night! :D
