Troll Leveling Guide

Is your Troll paying property taxes in the Barrens because he's been there so long? Does level 80 seem like an unattainable goal? Do you want a troll leveling guide that will show you how to get from Durotar to the Plaguelands?Learn how to I quickly moved my troll through the low levels without any cheats or bots.

Why do I like playing as a troll? A few reasons.  I prefer playing as a hunter and the Troll gets 5 to bow skills.  Also the berskering racial trait can be a life saver at times.  The ability to regenerate is a nice bonus as well.

This guide will show you how to get your Troll through the first 12 levels of World of Warcraft in record time.  I'll also give you some tips and pointers on playing the troll, mainly as a hunter.

My favorite Troll Leveling Guide. This guide has an in-game addon which allows for the steps in the guide to be seen in the game while playing. No more minimizing the game or toggling between screens to get the steps right. Check it out.

Troll Leveling Guide - Level 1-6

Durotar to Razor Hill

Here are some quick pointers to get you started on leveling your troll as quickly as possible. Keep in mind, that there are suggestions and you can certainly differentiate from that when you want. These tips will help you avoid the less worthwhile quests and maximize your time in the early part of the game. Keep in mind I'm playing as a hunter so some of the pet quests will be included.

Pick up "Cutting Teeth", "Sting of the Scorpion", "Serkoth" and "Vile Familiars." Once you've completed those, turn them in to get "Galgar's Cactus Apple Surprise" and "Lazy Peons". Complete those and get "Burning Blade Medallion" and "Thazz'ril's Pick". Use the hearth stone to return to Durotar. This will cut down on travel time. Turn in "Burning Blade Medallion" and "Thazz'ril's Pick" to get "Report to Sen'jin Village". Head out of Durotar and go towards Sen'jin Village. On the way there, pick up "A Peon's Burden" and "Thwarting Kolkar Aggression". Turn in "Report to Sen'jin Village". Go around the village collecting quests. One tip, try not to do "A Solvent Spirit" in the water around the village. Time to head towards Razor Hill. You'll want to be level 6 before you reach Razor Hill so you can pick up new skills. Before you take a break, make Razor Hill your home.

Time to rest, both in the game and at the computer. Get up, move around, get something to eat and some fresh air. The next trip will be from level 6-12.

Troll Leveling Guide 6-12

Razor Hill and beyond

Last time, we stopped at Razor Hill to rest. Now is the time to get up and get back to leveling that Troll of yours. Here are some suggestions on how to quickly get from 6-12. Before you leave Razor Hill, make sure you get First Aid as a profession.

Get all of the quests on Razor Hill. There are 5: "Vanquish the Betrayers", "Encroachment", "Dark Storms", "Break a Few Eggs", and "Carry Your Weight". The last one is in the watch tower nearby.

Start with "Vanquish the Betrayers" and "Carry Your Weight". Once Benedict is taken care of, take his key and open the chest to start "The Admiral's Orders" quest. Turn in your two completed quests and go complete "A Solvent Spirit" and "From the Wreckage" near the water that is to the east of Tiragarde Keep. Go complete "Encroachment" as well. If you aren't level 8 yet, what is wrong with you? Just kidding. Grind around until you reach level 8, then head for Razor Hill to train.

Go south to complete "Thwarting Kolkar Aggression" and turn it in. Go to Echo Isles and complete the following 4 quests " Practical Prey", "Zalazane", "Break A Few Eggs", and "Minshina's Skull". Now, and this is only to save time, go find the toughest mob you can and attack them. DO NOT heal yourself. If you die, so much the better, if you win, good experience. If you are still alive after doing this a few times, die on purpose. Now where are you? Sen'jin Village? Yup. Pretty nifty eh? Turn in all of those quests you compelted and then hearth to Razor Hill. Do the second part of "Encroachment" and go get "Lost But Not Forgotten". While heading north, grind mobs until you reach a goblin who gives you "Winds in the Desert". Do that quest and turn it in. Grind some mobs to reach level 10. Go back to Razor Hill to turn in "Encroachment" and to level up.

Time for the pet quests. The dire molten bore is south of Razor Hill. Surf crawler is northeast of RH. The village is too far away. Armored scorpid is northwest of RH. Complete those and get "Taming the Beast". Head north and tame an Encrusted Sand Crawler as your first real pet. You'll get a bonus of Claw Rank 2 right off the bat. Head to the west and grind until you reach "Need for a Cure". Head toward Orgimmar and turn in "Taming the Beast" at the hunter trainer.

Troll Leveling Guide 6-12 Contintued

You should turn in "The Admiral's Orders" to Thrall and receive "Hidden Enemies". Go to Cleft of Shadow to get "Finding the Antidote". Go complete "Securing the Lines" and turn it in. Next, complete 'Finding the Antidote" and "Lost but Not Forgotten" followed by "Dark Storms". Turn in "Lost but Not Forgotten" and "Dark Storms" to get "Margoz". Complete that quest and turn it in and get "Skull Rock". Go complete 'Skull Rock" as well as "Hidden Enemies". When you kill Gazz'uz, make sure you loot him to get the Eye of Burning Shadow. This starts "Burning Shadows". Turn in "Skull Rock" to get "Neeru Fireblade". Go to Orgrimmar to turn in "Hidden Enemies" and get the second part of that quest. Go turn in "Neeru Fireblade" and "Burning Shadows". Get "Ak'Zeloth". Keep talking to the contact to complete 'Hidden Enemies" as well. Go back to Thrall and turn in "Hidden Enemies". You can skip the 3rd part since it's an Instance, if you want to speed up the leveling. Leave Orgrimmar and turn in "Need for a Cure". You should be level 12 now. If not, do a little grinding until you reach it. Use the hearth to get to Razor Hill. Build up First Aid as well as get new spells/abilities. Get "Conscript of the Horde". Time for the Barrens. Head west to enter the Barrens.

Another good time to take a break. Your Troll should now be level 12 with good First Aid abilites and a pet (if you are a hunter) to help you as you progress.

Best Troll Leveling Guide

I've looked all over the internet and the best Troll Leveling Guide I found was Zygor's Horde Leveling Guide. This guide covers not just Trolls, but all Horde races. It's also designed with hunter quests included (see why I like it so much). It comes with videos detailing the journey from 1-80 as well as a step-by-step guide for each quest. The guide and videos are high quality and it's easily printable for those "bathroom" research projects.

Check out the link below for Zygor's Horde Leveling Guide. I use it and am completely satisfied with the results. I highly recommend it.

Make Unlimited Warcraft Riches - How to Make WoW Gold With a Mage

Everyone who plays World of Warcraft is always looking for ways to make more gold. Thanks to resources like the Warcraft Riches Guide, , these tactics are made available and can be used over and over again without any fear of a WoW account being banned. Check out this tip for using a Mage to make some easy gold in World of Warcraft.

One tactic for higher level characters is Area of Effect (AoE) grinding. This involves using a character class, usually a mage, and getting a lot of mobs to gather around the character before unleashing a bunch of spells or attacks that will take out the entire group in short order. The trick to AoE grinding is to make sure that the amount of time and resources to take out the groups couldn't be better spent taking out mobs one by one. Keep in mind that you'll probably need to sit and eat or drink to recover before taking on the next mob.

One good place to do AoE grinding is Silithus. There are many humanoid mobs in this area. Usually humanoid mobs tend to drop better stuff when killed, so being able to take out large mobs of humanoids in a short amount of time can help bring in a good amount of gold. The humanoids in Silithus have a tendency to drop runecloth, which can sell for a decent price at the Auction House. Once you've cleared a few groups, head back to the Auction House and sell off the stuff that dropped that you don't need. You'll probably also get some good coin drops from these mobs too. There might be some stuff that you can sell to a vendor and get a decent price for as well.

Thanks to the Warcraft Riches Guide, you've now got an easy way to make some gold with a Mage in World of Warcraft. It's possible to use another class, but the mage is a little easier to do AoE grinding with that many of the other classes.

WoW Gold Making Tip From Derek%u2019s Gold Mastery Guide

How to Make Gold Quickly in World of Warcraft

There are many ways to make gold in World of Warcraft. Some involve the auction house, some involve grinding, and some involve using professions to make valuable items. Derek's Gold Mastery Guide has tips for many of these situations. One such gold making tip involves going into instances using stealth tactics. Derek's Gold Guide refers to these as Stealth Runs. This tip is best used by Rogues and Druids, but it can used by anyone provided they have a means of staying out of sight. The main purpose of the Stealth Run is to sneak past all of the minions and lesser mobs assembled at the beginning of the instance and go directly to the boss character at the end. The group then takes out the boss and gets all of his loot without having to go through his flunkies first.

According to Derek's Gold Mastery Guide, one of the best instances in World of Warcraft for Stealth Runs is Dire Maul. Derek recommends a group of 2-3 characters for this run. He also states that using the mining profession can really increase the gold flow as there are veins of Thorium ore contained within the instance. These can be mined and sold at the auction house for a pretty nice price.

The real treasure from the Dire Maul Stealth Run is the loot from killing the boss. This loot can be used by the characters or sold at the auction house for a nice return. It's easy to see why this can be a productive instance to farm for gold. Derek's Gold Guide says there are other instances that will open up with the Burning Crusade expansion that will allow for stealth runs as well. Keep an eye out for these as they can be great sources of gold and loot with minimal time and energy investment.
